Tammy Slaton and her class on weight loss are now in session.
One half of the “1000-Lb Sisters” duo recently highlighted some of her best weight loss tips in a clip posted to social media. She made the post in response to a question from one of her online followers and fans under the display name Emily Albert.

On Thursday, Slaton responded to some of the comments on his previous post. To that end, he highlights Albert’s comment that reads, “What’s your best weight loss tip? I really had a hard time.”
For her answer, the reality television star wore a black crew neck t-shirt with multicolored graphics, her signature black and yellow necklace, and various finger rings. He held up his phone in selfie mode as he apologized to fans for the “hard time” they were “going through”.
Speaking on the topic, he asserted, “Honestly, it’s portion control. It’s not what you eat, but how much you eat,” before sipping water from his portable bottle. The 37-year-old continued, “Because when I was in rehab, they gave me pizza, spaghetti… but it was portioned out.”

He explained that the portions he got translated to “one slice of pizza” and “one spoonful of spaghetti,” which he “pushed off the table.” Slaton added that “cutting out sugar and carbs as much as possible” also helped her weight loss efforts.
In an effort to end, the television personality said, “I hope whatever you’re going through gets better. I’m here for you, I love you all,” and then remembered an extra point. In his words:
“I also want to say I want help in some way. But if you always need more, I’m here. But the gate is always open, not just for you, but for anyone.”
While the TikTok post has an emotional tone, it’s not the first time Slaton has shared insights about her recent diet changes. Just last month, the beloved vlogger answered a fan’s question about whether he still uses “sodi 12/8”.
He answered in the negative, explaining that he sometimes had two 12 oz. cans a day, sometimes just one, or none at all other days. Slaton, who emphasized that water has become his beverage of choice, elaborated:
“Or if I drink something else, it’s tea…diet tea or unsweetened Gatorades. I do like to drink Crystal Light packets, sometimes like that… but plain water.”

Fans have heaped praise on Slaton after she uploaded her collection online which showcased her style in a black leather jacket with zip-up sleeves. Although he sits on a cardboard-colored surface in all ten slides, he changes his pose, starting with one hand under his chin in the early picture.
In another photo, he pulls up the collar of his jacket and also closes his fist to show off the tattoo on one of his hands on several others. The TLC personality paired black Nike pants with blue sandals, and her short brown hair was on display while covering her eyes with black-rimmed glasses.
The images closing the carousel focus on the widow’s face as she maintains direct eye contact with the camera without smiling. A close-up shot highlights the silver chain and shows how much weight she has lost.
One fan commented, “Unbelievable transformation, Tammy; you look amazing,” under the Instagram post, which has no caption. A second fan declared, “We love a good photo shoot,” and a third said, “Looks good, Tammy. I always knew you could do this, and look how God made it happen.”
“Tammy, you look good in a leather jacket!” a fourth Instagram user exclaimed, while a fifth added, “You’re really going to trap us like this? YOU LOOK SO GOOD BABE!!!!! I love you forever.”
