T. Swift’s world is now spinning wildly on its axis following the opening night of the ‘Eras Tour!’ which the singer is looking forward to! Swift played a three-hour set in Glendale, Arizona on Friday night, kicking off one of the most sought-after concert experiences in years.
The “betty” songstress commemorated her latest career milestone by releasing four new songs at midnight on Friday morning, and her beloved ‘Swifties’ took to social media to express their excitement for opening night, including various concert videos on TikTok!
In one particular video, the 33-year-old gets down to business, addressing old whispers that he didn’t like one of his records released in recent years; The Eras Tour will be the first time any of his tracks have been performed in a stadium.

The COVID-19 restrictions have inspired Swift to tune into creative mode. He wrote enough material to produce two entire albums, both of which will be released in 2020. “folklore” and “forever” are “sister albums” that have been stripped of the studio shine.
Having been forced to cancel all of her live performances scheduled after 2019, Swift had to think of a unique way to present her former album to her fans in a way that could replace a stadium tour; Swift and her studio team Jack Antonoff and The National’s Aaron Dessner participated in the making of a documentary called “folklore: the long pond studio session,” which was released on Disney+ in November.
However, eagle-eyed and eared Swifties will soon realize he’ll stop there. As of this writing nearly three years later, Swift has yet to release an album or the Long Pond Studio Session documentary for “evermore,” which was released a month later in December 2020.
Countless Reddit discussions have raised the question of whether Swift “hated” the album and “refused to acknowledge” its presence in her discography.
Reddit Swifties theorized that she was “trying hard to avoid overexposure,” or that releasing “evermore” had been a calculated move for the Grammys to consider Album of The Year for “folklore.”
TikTok ‘Swifties’ Also Seem To Think She Didn’t Like The Album
TikTok is another popular place for Swifties to ponder whether Swift wants to sweep “forever” under the rug.
TikTok Swifties have created videos theorizing she intentionally left the album off her Instagram grid, that the album didn’t count because she didn’t “reinvent” herself, or that she purposely refused to acknowledge the album’s first anniversary.
Other Swifties have dedicated their time to debunking the theory by listing specific examples where he has acknowledged its presence.

Last night at Swift’s show in Arizona, she performed several songs from “evermore.” While at the piano, he admits to old rumors surrounding his “forever” feelings!
“We’re now in the middle of the ‘evermore’ album,” he told the Glendale crowd. “It’s an album I really like, despite what you say on TikTok!,” Swift added to the cheering audience.
