The “Lover” singer is known for giving surprises; his 2020 albums “folktale” and “evermore” were both announced without prior promotion, and he likes to hint at future releases through elaborate easter eggs.
His collection of items is no exception; he has also been known to drop trades with the help of easter eggs.
Swift will recognize the annual compliment to love, Valentine’s Day, without any kind of hint! The 33-year-old’s official management team announced the heart-shaped vinyl release of “Lover: Live From Paris,” a live show performed in Paris, France, on September 9, 2019, in support of Swift’s debut album “Lover,” which was released a few days then!
Paris Shows Previously Filmed For TV Specials
Swift’s fanbase ‘Swifties’ were given an early Valentine’s Day gift on Monday with the announcement of a heart-shaped vinyl release of “Lover: Live From Paris.” The song was previously available on the streaming service.
The “Death By A Thousand Cuts” singer previously gave love to her show in Paris by releasing a concert film known as the “City Of Lover” concert during the beginning of the pandemic. The show was released as a TV special and aired on ABC in May 2020!
This particular Paris show is definitely timely for Swifties. According to Variety, the audience consisted of contest winners who were flown to Paris to witness an exclusive performance of “Lover”!

Taylor Nation announced the release of the LP on their social media accounts on Monday. Fans’ hearts were soon sent to Twitter and Instagram as they celebrated the surprise announcement!
Several fans posted screenshots of their carts from Swift’s official merchandise cart.
“get yourself a girl who rushes to buy you a limited edition #loverlivefromparis vinyl for valentines day like my partner did,” Swiftie fell in love tweeted.
“I got flustered by the way the #LoverLiveFromParis vinyl screamed my name,” another Heart-eyed Swiftie tweeted.
“I swear I’m too dramatic about #LoverLiveInParis heart-shaped vinyl for this Valentine’s Day,” tweeted a Swiftieborrows a reference from the lyrics of “Beloved.”
“I can’t believe I actually managed to get it,” another Swiftie tweeted. Vinyl only available while supplies last; a number of Swifties also tweeted they couldn’t get their hands on a copy before the available records ran out.
“It sold out in half an hour. I almost saw it for sale and I was disappointed. I want one so bad,” a Swiftie write. A fellow Swiftie responded, “There are literally 70+ eBay listings for this, it’s disgusting.”
