Singer Taylor Swift is taking her short film “All Too Well” on the road.
After winning big at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards last Sunday night, the “Gorgeous” singer will appear at the Toronto Film Festival to premiere her critically acclaimed short film later this month.

Swifties Head To Canada As Taylor Swift Screens ‘Too Good’ At Toronto Film Festival
As reported by The Hollywood Reporter, the “Cruel Summer” singer will appear on the “In Conversation With…” event on Friday, September 9, at the Bell Lightbox. He will show “All Too Well: The Short Film” on 35mm for the first time.
In a statement, TIFF CEO Cameron Bailey said, “We are excited to hear Taylor’s version of how absorbing influences from cinema led him to create All Too Well: The Short Film, which we will present in its original 35mm form for the first time. at TIFF.”
The film, written, directed and directed by Taylor, is based on his song of the same name and stars “Stranger Things” alum Sadie Sink and “Teen Wolf” star Dylan O’Brien.

During an appearance at the Tribeca Film Festival, Taylor said, “It felt very natural to continue writing the song and visualize it in my head to make shot lists and storyboards and choose who we wanted to be the head of each department and who would help put all the pieces together. this.”
Although he also performed the song live at the Tribeca Film Festival, there is no word on whether he will also perform the song live at the Toronto Film Festival or not.

‘All Too Well’ Wins BIG At 2022 MTV Video Music Awards
Last Sunday night, “Delicate” became the first and only artist ever to win the third video trophy of the year. She previously won in 2015 for her star-studded music video for “Bad Blood” and in 2019 for her hit “You Need to Calm Down.”
In addition, he also became the first artist to win an award for a video he directed himself. Her short film “All Too Well” is also eligible for the 2023 Academy Award for best live-action film, meaning Taylor may soon be up for an Oscar as well.
It won in the Video of the Year, Best Long Form Video and Best Direction categories, but lost in the Best Cinematography and Best Editing categories.

Taylor Swift Announces New Album During VMA Win
On Sunday night, Taylor made her fans’ “Wildest Dreams” come true by announcing that she has a new album coming out in less than two months.
“I decided that if you would be this generous, and give us this … I thought it might be a fun time to tell you my new album comes out October 21st, and I’ll tell you more at midnight,” he said when accepting his award .
“I am very honored to be recognized alongside such great artists and directors in this category,” he continued. “I just want to say that I’m very pleased with the fact that for the first time in VMA history the four directors nominated in the Best Video category are women.”
“You guys, I’m so proud of what we’ve made and I know with every second of this moment that we wouldn’t be able to make this short film if it wasn’t for you fans. I wouldn’t have been able to re-record my album if it wasn’t for you, you gave me the courage to do it.”

He later posted the announcement to his social media channels, adding that his new album tells “stories of 13 sleepless nights spread throughout my life” and will be out on October 21.
