Taylor Swift’s alleged stalker, David Crowe, has pleaded not guilty to charges that he showed up at her home over 30 times in 2 months!
According to documents recently obtained by The Blast, Crowe had an initial court appearance, where prosecutors brought up allegations of intimidation. Among them were allegations that he had visited her residence more than three dozen times in a 60-day period, leading to three charges.
Taylor Swift’s Stalker Pleads Not Guilty to Three Felony Charges
The charges came after he was arrested by police twice in three days following reports of him stalking around Swift’s New York City home. Crowe was formally arraigned on Wednesday, facing three charges, including 4th degree stalking and 1st and 2nd degree harassment.
At his initial court appearance, Crowe pleaded not guilty to all charges against him, and he was released from custody. Prosecutors asked for supervised release with strict conditions, which the judge granted.
Despite technically being back on the streets, a protective order was issued, preventing Crowe from trying to contact Swift. Prosecutors also presented additional troubling details during court proceedings.
In the complaint filed, law enforcement officials allege that Crowe has been observed at the “Look What You Made Me Do” singer’s Tribeca home more than 30 times in the past two months.

Prosecutors asserted that during some of these incidents, Crowe asked to speak with Swift, leading to the stalking charges. This is the main reason why the court closely monitors him after his release.
Details of the hearing come shortly after The Blast reported that the stalking incident gained attention over the weekend on Saturday when authorities responded to a report of a man trying to enter Swift’s townhouse without permission.
Despite being led away in handcuffs, the fan returned to the scene on Monday, January 22. Thanks to Saturday’s incident, Swift’s neighbors and security team quickly recognized him during the second attempt of the day.
Sources said the 34-year-old superstar’s head of security immediately alerted authorities to the man’s presence, and eyewitnesses also reported seeing a man lurking around the townhouse. However, when New York Police Department officers arrived, the alleged stalker was nowhere to be found.
While it’s still unclear if the obsessed fan fled when law enforcement officers arrived, he was eventually found less than a block from Swift’s home.
Following the incident, he was questioned, and it ended with officers placing him in handcuffs.
As you know, Swift was in Buffalo, New York to watch her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s NFL playoff game.

The Blast previously revealed that a “disorderly person” linked to Swift’s stalker was seen hanging around Franklin Street. When the police arrived, they were informed that an individual was trying to open the door to a building at that location.
Police declined to release the individual’s identity and did not confirm whether he intended to enter Swift’s residence. After their arrival, and after engaging with the man, he was calmly handcuffed, according to an eyewitness.
The situation was described as civil, with no resistance, shouting, or disturbance observed. The eyewitness claimed, “I first saw him around 1pm — he went to Taylor’s door. I’m not sure if he knocked or rang the house bell.”
Additionally, a second witness revealed that the man had been “hiding here for a month.” The individual reportedly engaged in disruptive behavior, including “sleeping hunched over, continuously chain smoking, yelling,” and causing discomfort to everyone around, according to sources.
The neighbor recounted that the person, who had been present since before Christmas, expressed a desire to see Swift, even bringing flowers at one point. The neighbor insisted on making several calls to the police about the situation, but action was only taken when the individual attempted to physically enter the building.
Describing the songwriter’s stalker as a “total nutcase,” the source cited unsuccessful attempts to get the person to leave. Although the singer was confirmed to be in NYC at the time of the incident, it is still unclear if he was at home.
