A teenager died Saturday after reportedly falling from the balcony of a Royal Caribbean ship.
Passengers told TMZ that a 16-year-old died after falling from a balcony onto the deck of Royal Caribbean’s Allure of the Seas, saying it was unclear whether the incident was intentional.
A passenger on the ship said there was an announcement asking passengers to be ready to donate blood early Saturday morning, according to FOX 35.
The teenager was reportedly taken to hospital but later died.
Pictures taken by passengers on board show yellow caution tape on the balcony and one area of the deck blocked off by tents and temporary walls.
The Allure of the Seas had just started a 3-day voyage when the incident occurred and was between Port Canaveral, Florida, and Nassau, Bahamas.
