The former couple married in August 2019, and allegedly separated on the last day of 2023, according to Abasolo’s legal filing.

Now Lindsay’s estranged husband is asking for spousal support and claiming that their North Hollywood home is community property. The couple never had children during their marriage together, so there will be no arguments about child support.

The couple’s divorce came after Lindsay stated that she and her husband worked to protect their marriage by being very private about their affairs.

The couple have lived ‘completely different lives’

During a podcast interview, the reality TV star stated that she and her husband are very private about their marriage because they want to protect it.

He said at the time, “We’re not putting ourselves out there at all [except] maybe a birthday or a holiday [post here and there]but I think I did that because people were so critical of us when we came out of the show.”

Fans of the two are very suspicious about their marriage and if they are still an item, due to the fact that they rarely post about each other on social media.

Lindsay said of the matter, “I just [was like], ‘I want to keep this to ourselves’ and, you know, marriage has its ups and downs, but you never know when we’re good or when we’re not because we never put it out there. I kind of want to keep it that way, so when I want to share something, I do.”

During the podcast, she also stated that she and her husband lead “different lives” hence why they rarely post about each other on social media.

“Bryan is a sole practitioner [and] he leaves the house at 8. He comes home at 9, 9:30 [at night] sometimes. It’s just her,” Lindsay said at the time on Nick Viall’s podcast. “Me, especially now that I’m not doing ‘Extras,’ I have more free time … and then I’m back in busy mode trying to get a second job, so I go to events. So, we’re just in two completely different places.”

As you may know, Lindsay appears on the very successful podcast, “Higher Learning With Van Lathan And Rachel Lindsay.”

Rachel Lindsay has yet to respond to the divorce filing.
