Bachelor Nation was introduced to Mandrell during the “After The Final Rose” announcement, revealing Zach Shallcross will be ‘The Bachelor!’ subsequently Mandrell distinguished himself from the other Shallcross contestants by his determination to bring the party to the Bachelor Mansion during the season premiere; he and Shallcross got to know each other through a few laughs (and kisses!) on the first night!

While she was just starting to make a name for herself, Mandrell’s early showbiz relationships were a popular culture fanatic’s dream! According to Bustle, Mandrell rubbed elbows with Miley Cyrus on the set of “Hannah Montana,” where she was an extra. She also signed a contract with The Block modeling agency in the same year, in 2008.
Mandrell has also embraced his musical roots by appearing in music videos for several country music artists; according to the outlet, he has watched videos from Florida Georgia Line and Cole Swindell.
Before he became a ‘Bachelor’, Mandrell also made a name for himself as a blogger. She writes posts related to all of her big life moments, including new motherhood and life as a newlywed. That’s right- Mandrell was on the scene when Swift was still in her curly-haired country girl era! Mandrell appeared in the music video for Swift’s poignant early-teens rendition, “Fifteen.”
According to Us Weekly, Mandrell plays one of the teenage girls that the older Swift meets in the hallway, as she chats with her friend, reminiscent of a younger version of Swift and her true best friend, Abigail. Abigail is referenced in the song’s lyrics after she suffered a major heartbreak.
Mandrell acknowledged his “Fifteen” music video on Instagram on Wednesday, the outlet also reported!
In the post, Mandrell posted a side-by-side comparison of her younger self glaring at Swift in the video, with footage of herself stealing glances at Shallcross!
“Looks like I see Zach the same way I see Taylor Swift,” she captioned the post. “The new conspiracy theory,” he continued, “first I stared at Taylor, then I stared at Zach, which must have made me cry on the STAIRCASE,” Mandrell joked.
The preview for Monday’s episode of “The Bachelor” contains footage of a woman crying on the stairs, similar to Rachel Recchia’s experience from the previous season of ‘The Bachelor.’ Mandrell admitted she was indeed a woman who cried in an Instagram post, in which she recreated a scene from “The Bachelor” trailer.
