Tiffany Haddish may be skipping eggnog this holiday season after being ordered to abstain from drinking following her DUI arrest.
A Georgia judge has mandated that the famous comedian and actor refrain from consuming alcohol or using illegal substances following his second DUI arrest. Additionally, Haddish is required to undergo random drug testing until further notice.

The holiday season will be filled with booze for Haddish after the Georgia judge presiding over her case ordered her to avoid illegal drugs and alcohol last week. The decision came after prosecutors filed a petition regarding his bond conditions for the California charges last month.
Prosecutors specifically requested the inclusion of a provision stating that the “Girls Trip” actress is prohibited from consuming alcohol and must undergo weekly drug tests.
According to the ruling, Haddish is currently prohibited from consuming alcohol or using substances, including HEM products such as CBD. The judge also stated that any prescription drug must adhere to therapeutic limits.
In addition, he was required to undergo a panel of drug tests that screen for common illicit drugs, including tests for ETG and ETS, which are metabolites of alcohol.

The Beverly Hills Police Department confirmed that officers approached Haddish and took her into custody on suspicion of driving under the influence. After spending several hours in custody, he was released after posting a $1,666 bond.
While dealing with the DUI incident, he detailed a busy Thanksgiving Day, starting with serving food to less fortunate individuals at The Laugh Factory before delivering the Holiday Special to the audience.
He also enjoyed and danced to the tunes of the yacht rock group Yächtley Crëw during their performance at the El Rey Theater, Los Angeles, as seen in an Instagram post. While not explicitly discussing her alcohol use, Haddish appears to take some accountability for her actions, stating during an interview:
“I’m going to get help so I can learn balance and boundaries.”
He then emphatically declared and assured that “this will never happen again.” It should be noted that Haddish was previously arrested for falling asleep in a car after smoking weed in Georgia on January 14, 2022.

He goes on to acknowledge the “beautiful woman in Eritrea who made my clothes,” whose name he cannot remember, before concluding:
“I told you I would wear it, and the world would see. I keep my word. Anyone who knows me knows that. It may take a while, but I always keep my word. Just ask God.”
Although he limited the comments section, more than 4k people still showered him with praise, with one gushing, “Yaaaaaaaaas Cousin! You look great, and you sound great!!!! I love everything about this and YOU! Happy Birthday, Beautiful!”
