Tiger Woods and Erica Herman broke up last year … and now he’s responded by dropping a $30 million lawsuit.
Tiger Woods Has Verbal Agreement

The professional athlete was called by what we can now assume is his ex-girlfriend. He is suing the golfer claiming he owes him $30 million for locking him out of his home in October last year.
According to Herman, through his attorney, he is seeking to have the non-disclosure agreement he signed void, citing two laws that would allow him to violate the agreement including sexual harassment or assault.
This law is the Speaking Out and Ending Forced Arbitration of Sexual Assault, and Sexual Harassment Act of 2021. Is he imagining something? “Ms. Herman retaliated against the split by filing this lawsuit,” claimed the attorney for the Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust.

The legal document states Herman’s intentions:
“Herman claims he is owed $30 million after a verbal agreement was breached when the trustee ‘locked him out of the Residence, removed his personal belongings, and informed him he could not return.’ Herman also said that he had more than $40,000 in cash that was ‘misappropriated.’”
Tiger’s lawyer claims that the situation was never permanent, she was allegedly only allowed to live there while in a relationship with Tiger. It’s normal, two Tiger teenagers. Daughter, Sam and Son, Charlie live there with their mother Elin Nordegren, which is also strange but a conversation for another day.
Herman claimed that the trust gave him permission to stay at home. He has lived there for the past five years and supposedly the agreement allows him to stay for another five years.

Woods hasn’t commented on the whole mess, but that hasn’t stopped Herman from speaking out and standing up for what he believes is his right. Herman is seeking damages and attorney’s fees under the Florida Residential Landlord Tenant Act.
Tiger and Herman have been dating since 2017. It is important to note that although Herman has brought up sexual assault and harassment, he has not publicly accused Tiger.

He didn’t insinuate that he had cheated on her. fans of the pro golfer say they know he has publicly struggled with sex addiction and even sought rehab for it. while she was married to Nordegren from 2004 to 2010 she admitted to cheating on him and blamed his sex addiction.
He released a statement apologizing to his wife and fans at the time for dragging them into all the drama. “I want to say to all of you simply and directly, I am deeply sorry for my irresponsible and selfish behavior.”
He went on to say in an exclusive conference call with ABC News, “The issue involved here is my repeated irresponsible behavior. I am unfaithful. I have business. I cheated. What I did was unacceptable, and I am the only person to blame.”
Hopefully this relationship ends more calmly for Tiger.
