Gwyneth Paltrow has loyal friends who will support her no matter what. TikToker Meredith Lynch, a Los Angeles pop culture writer/analyst, recently found out and shared her story with her followers.
After giving her thoughts on Paltrow’s televised tryst, one of the actress’ friends sent DM Lynch to say a thing or two about it.

As many of Lynch’s followers tagged him in clips of the current trial, he decided to give him the “heat” about everything that happened.
“So, Gwyneth must be happy that we’ve moved on from ‘Almond Mom’ and we’re like all about the court case this week,” he said. “And I think she thought that Almond Mom’s bone broth words would generate enough press to move our attention this week, but it’s not.”
He then contacted Paltrow directly.
“This is the deal. I know that your default body language, the thing that doesn’t fit your perfect Brentwood way is to like to stay full. I want to talk to the manager, etc. You need to dial it back. You’re not in Erewhon waiting to talk to the manager and, like, take all your aggression to the cashier. You are in a courtroom.”
Lynch’s quick-witted video sparked a fire in one of Paltrow’s friends who later DMed the TikTok creator “some Instagram messages that weren’t really mean”.
“They told me they saw my TikToks but they didn’t have an active account so they told me they went to Instagram to message me,” she explained. “They are very evil, very evil.”
He explained that the message was sent to him at 8:20 and he immediately saw it, but by 8:30, the message had been deleted and he had been blocked. But never fail, most social media fans are trained to screenshot something for one reason or another and that’s exactly what Lynch did.
“Obviously this person is very well connected and quite famous in their world,” he concluded his video. He didn’t say who sent the message in the first TikTok video on the subject, but in the update video, he spilled the tea. Check out the video HERE.

Lynch didn’t want to be named at first because she said this person was “really, really rich and very connected” and Paltrow’s business partner.
“I’m really worried that people like this can do something to you know to get back at me,” he said. “They have a very good and rich relationship.”
He then explains that although they may be rich, they are public figures, and people are allowed to talk about them publicly.
In another follow-up video, it’s time to expose the person who sent the malicious message. “His name is Patrick Herning and he is the CEO of a plus-size fashion brand as well as a beauty brand,” he said. He later shared a screenshot of the since-deleted message on Instagram.
He also showed evidence that he blocked her immediately after deleting messages that were sent and then not sent.

Another follow-up video touched on a follower’s comment – “I guarantee he’s embarrassed and sorry to send this message. Not his best moment and he knows that’s why he called it off.”
“I think there’s a very good chance that Patrick is embarrassed and sorry for the message that he said, and I would welcome a genuine apology and I will accept an apology,” he said. “Patrick, if you want to apologize to me, you know how to DM me, you made it very clear.”
Lynch said it was kind of scary to get a DM like that from someone who has a business relationship with Paltrow. When you know what rich and well-connected people are capable of, it can be scary, he explained.
Many of Lynch’s followers left messages about their experiences and what they heard about Paltrow. In one video, Lynch addressed comments about Paltrow being rude more often than not. Another video discusses comments about Paltrow’s business partners possibly fearing that if Paltrow falls, they will too.
“It’s a survival tactic by someone in power,” explained one follower. Another follower discussed the topic of free speech platform TikTok scaring celebrities.
Patrick Herning Blocked And Deleted Meredith Lynch But Finally Apologized To Her
“I heard from Patrick Herning. He reached out and we got on the phone, and he owned up to what he did and he apologized in a way that felt genuine to me,” he said in a follow-up video.
“I have accepted Patrick’s apology. I think it’s genuine and I’m moving forward.”
Lynch’s TikTok followers left their thoughts on the whole situation and how it concluded in the comments section. Many jokes also filled the comment section.
“Miranda – I have Patrick,” one joked, not missing the opportunity to reference the popular movie “The Devil Wears Prada.”
“Blink twice if you have to make this video,” wrote another.
“I’m glad he apologized for stepping out of line. Glad you feel good about it and it’s genuine,” said another.
This Is Not The First Time Meredith Lynch Has Rage On Social Media

This isn’t the first time Lynch has faced backlash from speaking her mind publicly on TikTok. In another multi-part TikTok series, Lynch claimed that former “Real Housewives of New York City” star Bethenny Frankel sent a cease-and-desist letter for “defamatory statements” after Lynch shared her negative thoughts about Frankel’s brand.
Most of Lynch’s TikTok pages are filled with his opinions and “hots” about pop culture, celebrities and everything in between. She recently shared several videos about politicians and Meta, a possible TikTok ban, skin care, celebrity brands, Vanderpump Rules and more.
