Todd and Julie have Savannah Chrisley (25), Chase Chrisley (26) and Grayson Chrisley (16). They also have custody of their adopted daughter, Chloe Chrisley (10).
Chloe is the daughter of Todd’s other son, Kyle Chrisley, from a previous relationship.
Since they won’t be able to parent properly in prison, Savannah will take custody of Grayson and Chloe.
“I know the short term will be very painful and difficult and I may not come home without both my parents. That’s the chance. That’s the possibility and that’s the new normal,” Savannah said during an episode of her podcast. “I came home on Tuesday and I have custody of a 16- and 10-year-old.”

He will have full custody of the two minors when Todd and Julie report to federal prison. The start date of their prison debut has yet to be determined.
Savannah said her family would “immediately” file an appeal.

Todd was sentenced to 12 years in prison and 16 months of probation, while his wife, Julie Chrisley, was sentenced to seven years in prison and 16 months of probation.
Todd was found guilty of conspiracy to defraud a community bank out of more than $30 million in fraudulent loans, as well as several tax crimes, including conspiracy to defraud the IRS, tax evasion.
Chrisley’s parents were found guilty of wire fraud and obstruction of justice.
The US Attorney’s Office stated that before the couple became reality TV stars, they submitted false bank statements, audit reports and personal financial statements to banks to obtain millions of dollars in fraudulent loans and then spent the money on luxury cars, designer clothes, real estate, and travel and use new fraudulent loans to repay old loans.

Explosion reports their accountant, Peter Tarantino, was sentenced to 36 months in prison for his involvement in the couple’s alleged tax evasion.
Tarantino was convicted in June of running a scheme that involved defrauding banks and the IRS by taking out loans and then avoiding creditors.
“Why did Tarantino conspire with the Chrisleys to defraud the IRS?” was a question asked by Assistant US Attorney Annalize Peters during Monday’s hearing.
He stated that it’s possible that Tarantino got caught up in something that went over his head.
Peters also pointed out that Tarantino was only paid about $40K for his work which shows that it is not a great payment for the amount of time he just received in prison.
