It took the bar owner and his wife less than a year to finalize their divorce after three years of legal marriage. Documents obtained by Page Six revealed that the divorce was officially finalized on Oct. 12.
The fact that they both agreed to divorce may have caused it to happen so quickly. They also reached an agreement on how everything would be divided. Maloney doesn’t want spousal support and seems to just want to get on with her life.
She’s the one who filed for divorce from Schwartz, 39, and shared an IG message to her fans about the split.

“After 12 years of traveling through life together, Tom and I are ending our marriage,” she shared. “This ending is not met with revenge or hostility, there is no side to choose from. We admire each other so much that it will last and we value our friendship, the 36-year-old insisted.
“Although we may be on different paths, we will continue to love and support each other’s happiness. Thank you all for your kind words and support,” he concluded. She also shared two sweet photos of herself and Schwartz during better times.
The couple lived comfortably in their marital home until this summer when they sold it and completely separated.

The reality TV couple probably should never have tied the knot in the first place. After nine seasons Vanderpump Rules, fans are sick of seeing the two go back and forth. Mostly, sick of seeing Maloney get hammered and treat Schwartz like crap!
So many scenes to choose from but a few that stand out are when Maloney tells everyone in their group of friends and on national TV that Schwartz’s man part isn’t working and he can’t stand it. Or the famous scene where she yells on the balcony to him on vacation that “it’s so long” he’s holding a very short length between two fingers.
Katie wasn’t the only problem, Tom also did some messy things. The TomTom owner once threw a drink over his then-girlfriend’s head and stormed off during a birthday party for Katie. He was also accused and admitted to cheating on Katie several times.

We know so far that Schwartz is allegedly hooking up with co-star Raquel Leviss and Maloney is supposedly pissed off. There is so much to look forward to this upcoming season.
