Tory Lanez is being investigated by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office after August Alsina claimed she was assaulted by the singer.

On September 17, Alsina posted a very dramatic photo on her IG. He was covered in blood and bruises as he leaned against the mirrored wall inside the elevator. He accompanied the picture with a long note.
“As I was walking out of the building after last night’s show, a 4’11 leprechaun ran up to me with 8 huge security nigxas, who I greeted each one individually as they walked by trying to pressure me,” he wrote. .
Alsina said she was basically alone with only one person for safety with her. He then names Tory as the person who brutally attacked him.

Both seem to have some beef left. “Tory kept asking with a broken ego why I didn’t flirt with her, I kept telling her.. I’m a fan of hers and didn’t understand her talking about my business publicly In the past, because I didn’t know her or meet her until last night.”
Alsina refers to his “attachment” to Jada Pinkett Smith that caused the uproar. “When he spoke, I was unconscious because of his past actions, I assumed he didn’t like me, that’s all.”
Alsina insists that she never intended to offend Tory to the point of hating her just following her doctor’s orders.

To the surprise of his fans, the singer shared that he was recently paralyzed and this is the reason why he doesn’t “taunt” people. “With my health history & condition recently overcoming paralysis, my doctor instructed me not to compromise my health while on the road and shake hands as little as possible because of corona, & monkey pox,” he said.
He went on to share that their entire exchange was friendly as could be, with no negative talk and no funky side-eyes. “Never any rude words were exchanged, so I’m a bit confused how he got himself up in a rage.”

Alsina claimed that Tory had just hit a blunt that was “laced with cocaine” stating that she “heard the sound”
“He ambushed me when I turned my head to move to the side between all his frantic movements and to keep an eye on the endless niggas that were around me.” The people surrounding Alsina were part of Tory’s security and entourage. “There was never a “fight”! Only Attack,” insisted Alsina.
“Dude has no real friends and is on a crash mission. With that, I’m gone, make sure it’s G & doesn’t come to the internet, but you move with malice sending falsehoods to blogs to find “moments” because those moments don’t happen on stage for you.”
Alsina shared that the Tories got everything on camera, “PUT. THE. FOOTAGE. GET OUT!!” He insisted.
Since the incident happened, Tory has insisted via her IG Story that she was in the studio all night and was nowhere near Alsina.

“We are aware of allegations that the defendant assaulted artist August Alsina and are investigating these allegations,” they said in a statement to A pitchfork. “The allegations are serious and will be thoroughly investigated.”
TMZ shared a video of the incident that triggered the investigation.
