The Carpinteria house is in the hands of a reliable rocker and his granola wife. The two bought the house for $14.5 million that originally cost $16.5 million so obviously, the couple made a lot of money.
Beachfront properties are very expensive so getting any amount knocked out is always exciting. O’Brien is pleased to list the property which has been listed since July. The talk show host bought the property in 2015 for $7.9 million but has outgrown it and wants to move on.

The home, in addition to being located steps from the sand has an area of 2,142 square feet and has some beautiful views all around including panoramic ocean, Channel Island, and coastal views according to TMZ.
It has a size deck that this couple can do thangs on. If they surf or enjoy being in the water, the home also has an outdoor shower and water gear storage. However, there’s no question that Kourt will want to strip down and renovate the house.
The Kardashians are constantly renovating one place or another and sometimes their private jets.

The couple had chosen this place specifically for a very likely reason. One that rang a bell for us was their engagement. Carpinteria is close to Santa Barbara where Barker proposed to his now wife.
The moment was caught on camera because at the time, the family was filming their Hulu reality show The Kardashians. The moment was one that many couldn’t believe they would see for Kourt because she was so attached to her baby daddy Scott Disick.
The house is beautifully decorated and the natural light is Kourtney’s mood. However, we can see some areas that need work, particularly the bathroom. It will be interesting to see what the couple does with this house in the future.
