The football player has a one-year-old son with Nichols and to this day he allegedly does not pay child support and allegedly does not see his son in person. After a brief court appearance, she agreed to pay $9,500 a month in child support.
Thompson, who got the fitness trainer pregnant while in a committed relationship with Khloe Kardashian also allegedly paid his baby mama’s legal fees and of course, he allowed her to have full custody of the baby.
This climax comes after the two have been in a legal battle for more than a year related to paternity and support.

The basketball player’s attorney released a statement to Us Weekly asserting that Thompson is cooperating and “is paying, and has paid, child support to Ms. Nichols retroactively to the date she gave birth to the child.”
This statement was made after Nichols’ lawyer claimed that “despite news reports stating otherwise, Tristan Thompson has done nothing to support their child. He made no attempt to meet their son and provided no financial assistance.”
The insider also supports Maralee’s claim, “Tristan is very absent in Theo’s life. He did not meet Theo and did not initiate any meetings.”

As previously mentioned, Thompson was in a full relationship with Kardashian when news broke that she was expecting a baby with the trainer she supposedly works with on occasion. To make matters worse, the 31-year-old is currently in the process of implanting an embryo in a surrogate with Kardashian who he also shares daughter True with.
When the news broke, he didn’t immediately address the scandal, he waited about a month and issued a statement. “I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established, I hope to raise our child well. I sincerely apologize to everyone I have hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately.”

Once again, I am very sorry.”
Many followers of the drama found it difficult to feel sorry for Khloe and some even went out of their way to share with her that they saw this happening because of the way she got Tristan in the first place, allegedly taking him away from a woman he was in a relationship with and fathered a child with.
Theo is Tristan’s third child, his son with Jordan Craig, 6-year-old Prince and he now has another fourth son with Khloe whose name has yet to be shared.
