Former President Donald Trump insisted Monday that he hasn’t lost his marbles and crowed about how he recently “passed” a cognitive test after apparently confusing former President Barack Obama with President Biden at a recent campaign event.
A clip of the 77-year-old man appearing to mix up the 44th and 46th presidents has circulated on social media and been dissected with interest by the 45th president’s political enemies.
But Trump has insisted that he was “cynically” conflating the two Democrats to smear Biden about who really ran the show.
“Every time I insinuate Obama’s name for Biden as an indication that someone else actually has enormous influence in the running of our Country, Ron DeSanctimonious and his failed campaign apparatus, along with the Democratic Radical Left ‘Notification Machine’, go wild. that ‘Trump doesn’t know the name of our President, (BEND!) Joe Biden. He must be cognitively impaired,'” the Republican front-runner wrote on Truth Social.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ campaign has begun charting his rivals’ weaknesses on the campaign trail, highlighting mishaps like Trump forgetting what city he’s in and worrying that Biden will lead us into “World War II.”
“No, I know those two names well, never mix them up, and know that they are destroying our Country. Also, and as reported, I just took a cognitive test as part of my Physical Exam, and its ACED,” Trump added on Monday.
“Biden should take one so we can determine why he wants Open Borders, No Energy Independence, Vigilante Military, High Inflation, No Voter ID, Men playing in Women’s Sports, Only Electric Cars & Trucks, Armed DOJ/FBI, and so much more CRAZY thing!!!” he scolded.

Last week, Trump released a letter touting his “excellent” health and weight loss to mark Biden’s 81st birthday.
The glowing warrant, signed by Dr. Bruce Aronwald of Morristown, NJ, provided some details about Trump’s actual exam, the most recent of which was allegedly conducted in September.
If Trump wins the presidency in 2024, he will be poised to become the oldest president in history, surpassing Biden.

Earlier this month, the former president’s sister, Maryanne Trump Barry, a former federal judge, died at the age of 86.
Biden will be 86 years old at the end of his presidency if he serves the full eight years.
Republicans have long sewn up Biden throughout his life, increasing the constant stream of mistakes and missteps during his public outings.
