Did you know Lana Del Rey has a new album out?
Del Rey fans rejoiced Wednesday after it was revealed the “Ride” singer will be ‘riding’ into a brand new album era!
The 37-year-old singer, who recently collaborated with Taylor Swift, will release her ninth album in 2023.
Del Rey revealed the existence of “did you know there’s a tunnel under Ocean Blvd” on her personal Instagram account– there’s also a public version– by posting album cover art and notes detailing the details behind the new album!

Fans will have the opportunity to choose their favorite album art, or mix and match LP artwork!
Del Rey’s latest album will feature four different album covers with matching album inserts and photo sets.
Each album cover features a list of collaborators, including one of Del Rey’s friends who happens to be a record producer who has worked with several A-list pop music queens; Bleachers Jack Antonoff will have the track on the LP! Antonoff also received a production credit.

Del Rey gave it a 4-1-1 with “did you know there’s a tunnel under Ocean Blvd.” via a typed note posted on his alleged Instagram account above.
“What can I say,” Del Rey began her note, “I’m so grateful to be here and feel good today. With a mind full of violets and a forehead warmed by the sun as I prayed in the garden. Thank you friends who helped me make this record. Mike Hermosa for kicking me with the first four songs I wrote- it all started for fun, playing on a lazy Sunday afternoon that turned into a song with an orchestra and a simple Melody that matched every moment we were in…”
Del Rey went on to thank all members of her creative team, detailing their specific contributions to her new album. He gave a shout-out to collaborator Josh ‘Father John Misty’ Tillman, in which he thanked him for “singing with me and letting me revel in his cosmic genius.”
Del Rey Releases First Single From ‘Did You Know There’s A Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd!’
The audio for the single of the same name has been shared to Del Rey’s official YouTube account and is also available on the streaming service.
“He really never fails to convey another dimension of the art of music,” one fan commented on the video.
“Ever experienced this? It’s 3 a.m., the windows are open, and everyone’s asleep except you? This is how this song feels and it’s a beautiful feeling,” another fan chimed in.
“Did you know there’s a tunnel under Ocean Blvd” will be available March 10, 2023!
