The “Scandoval” saga doesn’t seem to be going away anytime soon, as Rachel Leviss has dropped the lawsuit.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the “Vanderpump Rules” star is suing her co-stars, Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix, for revenge porn and invasion of privacy, among other vicious allegations.
Rachel Leviss Accuses Tom Sandoval & Ariana Madix of Revenge Porn
In the filing, Leviss lashed out at her former co-stars and accused them of wiretapping, revenge porn, invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Referring to the cheating scandal that headlined season 10, Leviss claims in his lawsuit:
“Leviss was the victim of the predatory and dishonest behavior of an older man, who filmed her sexually explicit video without her knowledge or consent, which was then distributed, disseminated and discussed publicly by a scorned woman seeking revenge, catalyzing a scandal that. “
Remember that the world was shocked when it was revealed that Leviss had an affair with Sandoval even though he was in a relationship with Madix during season 10 of the hit reality show, “Vanderpump Rules.” A sexually explicit video of the couple — Leviss and Sandoval — was the catalyst for the explosive “Scandoval,” as Madix said he accidentally saw the video on Sandoval’s phone, alerting him to the scandal.
Leviss, in his filing, argued that the explicit clip — which shows him “unclothed and masturbating” — was allegedly “recorded by Sandoval without his knowledge or consent.” He also claimed that Madix deliberately obtained Sandoval’s phone, searched it, “and found Leviss” as opposed to Madix’s claim that he found the video.
The 29-year-old expressed his concern that Sandoval may have more explicit videos of himself that he doesn’t know about. “However, since Sandoval often secretly recorded their video calls, Leviss had reason to believe there were additional illegal videos and/or photographs of her that he had not recently taken,” the filing said.

Leviss further alleges Madix “obtained at least two illegal videos” of himself and “distributed them and/or showed them to others.” According to him, “At the very least, Madix spread the illegal video to himself and Leviss. He also immediately informed the production team about what he found.”
Regarding her absence from the 11th season of “Vanderpump Rules,” Leviss noted that Madix and Sandoval — who returned for the new season — profited from the scandal while she was left to deal with the taunts.
The lawsuit alleges that Scandoval “went viral immediately and was the subject of tremendous press coverage, even in the mainstream media. ‘Scandoval’ injected new life into the previously faltering series, exploding its audience to unprecedented levels and turning its cast members into mega-celebrities. Due to the narrative deliberately spun by Bravo, Evolution, and the cast, Leviss became the object of public scorn and derision.”
It continued, “It also wreaked havoc on Leviss’s life, culminating in months of inpatient treatment at a mental health facility and his departure from the show. Driven by Bravo and Evolution along with the cast, Leviss was subjected to public criticism with little precedent and became, without exaggeration, one of the most hated women in America.”
