Bodybuilding
In 2009, Varinder Singh Ghuman won the Mr. India and ranked second in Mr. Asia. In 2011, Varinder bagged his International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) pro card by winning the Australian Amateur and competing at the Australian Grand Prix. Later, Ghuman was spotted by Hollywood actor Arnold Schwarzenegger who hired him as a brand ambassador to promote his health products in Asia. In an interview, Ghuman talked about his trip to Spain for a competition where he met Hollywood actor Arnold Schwarzenegger. He further shared his excitement when Arnold promoted the Bollywood film Ghuman on his social media. He said,
It was during a trip to Spain for a competition for the Arnold Classic Bodybuilding Championships that I got to meet the star. I was top ranked at the event and Arnold was amazed to see my body and that I was the tallest bodybuilder from India. I feel proud to have the attention of such a big Hollywood actor. He has never promoted any Bollywood film before. I consider it his blessing that he posted my poster on his account.”

Varinder Singh Ghuman made his debut with the Punjabi language film ‘Kabaddi Once Again’ (2012) where he played the role of ‘Shingara Singh.’
In 2014, she played the role of ‘Cheena’ in the Hindi film ‘Roars: Tigers of the Sundarbans’ alongside actress ‘Nora Fatehi.’
Later, he was seen in films like ‘Marjaavan’ (2019) and ‘Tiger 3’ (2023).
