Victoria Beckham is recovering from an unusual Valentine’s Day incident.
According to her husband David Beckham’s latest social media post, the Spice Girl is nursing a “clean break” she suffered after tripping during a gym session on a day reserved for lovers.
The workout accident happened six months after he showed his family having the time of their lives during their trip to Nashville, Tennessee.

On February 14, Victoria shared with her 32.6 million followers that her day had started off wrong when she collapsed in her home gym. The fall left him with a leg injury that required icing, as depicted in an image posted via his Instagram Story.
The mother of four later explained to her 32 million followers on the platform that she had fallen, prompting a trip to the doctor for her injured leg. More than a week later, his man returned with an update on the injury.
David uploaded a picture of Victoria’s injured foot in a black medical boot to his Instagram story. Across from the photo, he wrote, “Looks like my wife’s little accident at the gym was a clean break….”
The 48-year-old also included a cartoon “Feel better” sticker to the right of the Story and a second GIF featuring a doctor folding his arms in the top left corner of the Story.
While David’s new update shows empathy for his wife, his initial reaction to her downfall was more playful.
Shortly after Posh — as fans refer to him — informed the world of his accident, the Inter Miami co-owner shared a photo of his injury on Instagram, quipping, “How big are your toes? Wow, I never noticed that before.”
Evidence Beckhams Trip To Nashville Delights Fans
Back in August 2023, Victoria posted multiple photos of her family’s time in Nashville.
In a carousel shared via the fashion designer’s Instagram, her beau is seen tapping into her inner cowboy by visiting a cowboy boot shop.
The first slide shows the businessman holding a boot rack as his daughter, Harper, tries to remove a pair of brown leather boots she’s tried on.
Apparently it was quite an achievement for the 12-year-old and his dad, who held his lips tight. The father-daughter duo looked to be hitting it off as Harper flashed a subtle smile for the camera as she posed in front of a “Wonder Woman” caricature and a collection of license plates in the next photo.
Moving on to the third slide, David, who was wearing a baseball cap in the earlier picture, swaps it for a gray cowboy hat. She looks away from the camera, showing the audience her side profile and a flower tattoo that runs from behind her earlobe to her neckline.
The fourth slide in Victoria’s Instagram post shows their third child, Cruz, browsing music CDs in what appears to be a vinyl library. David’s side profile returns in the final slide of the carousel, this time with a look at his heavily tattooed arms, brown belt, blue bottoms and gold watch.
For the pose, he puts one hand in his pants pocket and holds his baseball cap in one hand. Under the series of photos, Victoria wrote:
“When In Nashville first stop…. Cowboy boots for @davidbeckham (not as easy as it looks) followed by a BBQ lunch then vinyl shopping with @cruzbeckham x.”
Since going live, the post has garnered almost 350k likes and thousands of comments, with one person claiming that David was “born for that hat. Is there anything he doesn’t look good on?
“Someone excited to join me in Montana,” commented another fan, while a third raved about Harper’s beauty, and a fourth stated, “Only David Beckham could look good in a cowboy hat.”
Similarly, a fifth Instagram user declared, “That last pic might be my new screensaver!” A sixth fan also took a liking to the Beckhams, typing, “I love watching your family travel. You all look so relaxed and happy.”
