The good Samaritan and TikTok creator shared a video of himself with Bynes on Friday, March 17, aka St. Patrick’s Day.
TikTok user @kaitlynhotfox posted a video of her walking with the former actress. Bynes wore a tight top knot and a black T-shirt with skeleton hands on the front.

He panned over to Bynes again and she looked very sleepy or tired.

On Sunday, March 19, Bynes was seen roaming the streets near downtown Los Angeles in a completely nude state. He called 9-1-1 on himself and was placed on a 72-hour psychiatric hold.
Bynes apparently dropped off the car and explained she was “coming off” a psychotic episode.
After officers arrived on the scene, he was taken to the police station where mental health professionals determined he needed to be hospitalized.
At this point, Amanda’s family is in contact with medical professionals and it is unclear how long the actress will be hospitalized. Normally, 5150’s detention lasts three days, but can be extended by doctors or judges if they believe he needs further treatment.
Our sources did not reveal which drugs they believe she was abusing, but Bynes has a history with Adderall, a drug that can cause dramatic weight loss if used inappropriately.
Amanda’s Parents WILL NOT Seek Another Conservatorship

It should be noted that for many years the actor was under conservatorship where his family and the court could monitor his behavior and subsequent treatment. Surprisingly, Amanda was released from conservatorship almost a year ago to the day.
On March 24, 2022, a judge issued an order stating that he had “given the facts that a conservator is no longer necessary.”
At the time, the document stated that he had “the capacity to give informed consent to any form of medical treatment. The court ruled that a conservator was no longer required and that grounds for the establishment of the person’s conservatorship no longer existed.
New reports state his parents are NOT considering placing him under another conservatorship.
