“Vanderpump Rules” star Tom Sandoval has rekindled romance rumors with singer Tii.
They were recently spotted leaving a bar together, strolling hand in hand. Later, they were seen arriving together at Sandoval’s house.
Sandoval was previously in a relationship with Ariana Madix but broke up with her after he was caught cheating with Rachel Leviss.

Meanwhile, Tii wore a gold-colored gown that rode past her knees and hugged her body in the right places. The dress, which came with a tiny thong, also put the singer’s cleavage on full display.
After leaving the bar holding hands, Sandoval and Tii returned to her apartment for what appeared to be a sleepover.
According to reports, the pair were introduced through a mutual friend, Billie Lee, and it appears that they have developed a relationship. However, Sandoval previously denied any romantic involvement with Tii, but recent photos of them spending time together seem to suggest otherwise.

Although it appears that Sandoval has now moved on from his relationship with Madix, the two still live together in their $2 million Los Angeles home, which they bought in 2019.
The home is a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom Mediterranean-style home with an outdoor pool and waterfall.
A source said in March that “no plans have been made” for either of them to move anytime soon.
“Right now, Tom and Ariana still live in the same house, but sleep in separate rooms,” the source said at the time, per People magazine. “There are a lot of things to think about with their living situation, but no plans have been made yet.”
The fact that the two are still living together led Madix to receive a backlash from Bethenny Frankel on her Just B podcast late last month.

Former “Real Housewives of New York City” star Frankel has described the living arrangement as awkward because the two had a bad breakup after Sandoval was caught cheating with fellow “Vanderpump Rules” star Leviss.
Later, Madix countered that he wasn’t going to make a hasty decision that might negatively impact him just because he was done with Sandoval.
“A lot of people on the internet seem to think I’m looking for money now. I have a lot of places where the money has to go before I get there [it],” Madix said on the “Scheananigans with Scheana Shay” podcast.
She went on to explain that she kept her distance from him and even kept her door “locked just in case” to prevent Sandoval from wandering in without her permission.
“My room is like my little apartment… I live in my own little zone,” the reality star said. “Yes, we are in the same house, but I don’t have to think about it [him.]”

After her breakup with Sandoval, Madix found love with 29-year-old personal trainer Daniel Wai. They initially crossed paths at a mutual friend’s wedding in Mexico in March, where they quickly connected and their relationship deepened.
At the time, a source close to the reality star revealed that the two were “having a great time,” and that Madix was content with this new chapter in her life.
“Ariana has told people in her circle that she’s in love with him,” the insider said Many people. “It happened faster than she thought, but he treated her well, they had fun, and she’s happy to move on to the next chapter with an amazing man.”
Despite the challenges of a long-distance relationship, with Wai living in New York and Madix in Los Angeles, the couple are determined not to let it get in the way of their love.
