The 51-year-old “Let’s Make A Deal” star, who was previously married to Mandie Taketa until their divorce in 2008, talks about his journey of self-discovery and how to support his loved ones.
In his interview, Brady explained that although he initially considered himself bisexual, he now aligns with pansexuality. For him, being pansexual means feeling attracted to individuals regardless of their sexual orientation, whether gay, straight, bi, transsexual or non-binary.
She emphasized that this broader understanding resonated with her, saying, “I think, at least for me now, that’s where it’s at. I take pan to mean that I can’t just be attracted to any person or this type of person physically, but I can be attracted to people who are there.

Opening up about his journey, Brady told People magazine that he had done “all the therapy [he] can do” and undergo treatment for “love addiction.”
“It’s part of my journey. I had to start studying why I find myself and happiness in so many people,” he said.
Following the tragic loss of Robin Williams in 2014, Brady admitted that his death really had an impact and put him on a journey of “self-discovery.”
As a result, the actor became a mental health advocate, actively participating in groups such as Bring Change To Mind, which focuses on genuine mental well-being.
She emphasized the importance of self-love and exploring one’s own identity, stating, “And not just mental health buzzwords, but actually what do I need to do to function in this big world and still be okay with myself and more more importantly, to love yourself so you don’t hurt yourself?”

“Once I opened that door to myself, I had to start learning about myself, and I had to start owning things that I might have been either repressed, oppressed, or didn’t want to deal with,” she explained.
Brady continued, “But unfortunately I came home, and I didn’t have that joy. I am happy because I love my daughter and I love my family. I love being a dad more than chocolate ice cream.”
“But that is not my only joy. I need to love myself. And that’s when I realized I had a problem because if I can spend everything on stage and on camera but then I come home and there’s a love deficit, what’s going on? That was my lowest point,” he added.
