Wendy Williams is back in society and “healing.”
The veteran talk show host has checked out of rehab and is “better than ever.”
Wendy’s representative, Shawn Zanotti, told Page Six, “We are happy to report that Wendy Williams is home and recovering after being in a health facility since August. Wendy is excited about the journey ahead and can’t wait to release her many projects.”

A press release from her podcast states, “She is taking some time off to focus on her health and wellness as she prepares for a big comeback for the next stage of her career with ‘The Wendy Experience Podcast.'”

The message continued, “Teacher. Williams is being treated by a team of some of the best doctors in the world. We ask for prayers and good wishes all this time.”
His health concerns were not lost on his fans. Her health issues previously prevented her from returning to “The Wendy Williams Show,” which led to several guest hosts taking her place.
Wendy did not return for the final episode, which was hosted by Sherri Shepherd instead.
Sherri became such a fan favorite that it was later announced that the 54-year-old TV personality would be given her own show, “Sherri,” to replace “The Wendy Williams Show” after more than a decade on the air.

Of course, this means more competition for Scotto, but he at the end of the day it’s all love between them.
“I don’t know if he wants me to be a waiter or what,” Scotto joked, “but he told me he wanted to open his own restaurant and he wanted me to help… If anything [a restaurant] from Wendy, it will be a big competition but I like her.”
