Emma Claiir, an Australian influencer and co-host of the Simply Chaotic podcast, has admitted to killing animals as a child. Unsurprisingly, the content creator’s followers were upset and mercilessly harassed him online. As a result, many of the firms he worked with fired him as an ambassador. He has since apologized for what he did.
In a podcast earlier this week, Emma Clair admitted to killing her cat. He stated:
“I killed my pet… My sister hadn’t spoken to me in months, and my mother was mad at me, and sure enough, I killed her. And, if you really want to know about me, I also killed my best friend’s cat.”

Surprisingly, the influencer received great criticism on social media. In response, he informed his fans that they “need to rest” since the event took place “21 years ago.” Claiir went on to inform her supporters that she has “been the best mother to several cats” since the incident, including her cat Fred. In an Instagram story, the influencer also stated:
“It’s a lighthearted comedy in a get-to-know-us episode, and if you can’t handle that, chaos isn’t for you… Chaos is just a place for all the hot messes out there to be themselves without fear of judgement.”
He ended his speech by stating, “sorry not sorry for laughing about it.”
Who exactly is Emma Clair?
Emma Clair, a Sydney-based influencer, is 28 years old. She mostly posts lifestyle and motherhood stuff on her social media platforms. He has 107K followers on his Instagram account, where he routinely updates them on what’s going on in his life. He and Kristy Jean created the Simply Chaotic podcast. Several big businesses fired her as an ambassador after she received widespread backlash on social media for posting her cat’s horrifying story. MCoBeauty is one of several cosmetic brands that stated on their Instagram story that they will “no longer work with Emma in the future.” They also said that they “do not condone animal cruelty of any kind.”
Princess Polly, a fashion brand, also announced on Instagram that they will no longer work with content producers. According to their official statement, their company “has a zero-tolerance stance against any form of animal abuse.” Lust Minerals is another business among several to announce the end of their relationship with an influencer.
Obviously, many netizens opposed the mom-fluencer, causing her online popularity to drop. Claiir took to Instagram to apologize after being repeatedly undone by the online star. He said that he was “thinking about” his “action” and wanted to tell his fans that he felt “empathy for the situation,” something he wasn’t proud of. He continued, saying:
“I am a lover of all life and have been the most amazing cat mom to several cats and dogs.” I am now a loving mother of a son and have clearly matured from that 9 year old. I apologize again to anyone who has been affected.”
