On social media, the hashtag “Where’s Melania” started trending, and to silence critics, MAGA fans posted a video of Melania holding her husband’s hand as they mingled with guests at the event.
Since his mother’s funeral, Trump has indicated that Melania will again publicly support him in his re-election campaign.

The former First Lady looked stunning in a sparkling silver gown as she appeared alongside her husband for an official visit to support Trump in his re-election campaign this year. The last time Melania made such an appearance to help her husband was in the 2022 election when the couple went out to vote.
At the Trumpettes event, Melania entered the ballroom before Trump, who was behind his wife, greeted fans and supporters. The 53-year-old former model also made sure to wave and smile at people as she passed.
According to reports, about 1,000 people at the venue have paid between $850 and $2,500 to attend the event and meet Trump.
Before addressing a crowd of supporters at the event, Trump introduced his wife by saying, “First of all, our great first lady.” This was met with loud cheers from the audience, who may have anticipated Melania’s return to the campaign trail.

During a rally in South Carolina on Saturday, Trump took the opportunity to slam Haley, saying, “Where’s her husband? Oh, she’s gone… What happened to her husband? Where is he? He’s gone.”
Haley’s husband, Michael Haley, is currently stationed in Africa, serving with the South Carolina Army National Guard in support of US Africa Command. This is his second active duty deployment overseas.
Haley fired back at Trump later that day, saying, “If you mock the service of a combat veteran, you don’t deserve a driver’s license, let alone the president of the United States. Donald, if you have something to say, don’t say it behind my back; come up to the debate stage and say it in front of me.”

Former First Lady Stylist Gets $100,000 From Donald Trump’s PAC

Melania’s return to the public came after shocking revelations were made about her styling, Herve Pierre Braillard’s income from Trump’s Super PAC.
The PAC’s legal filings with the Federal Election Commission reveal that Braillard earned $100,000 in “consulting fees” from the committee in the last six months. The fashion guru has been paid a total of $371,000 since April 2022.
Braillard’s earnings were questioned because Melania’s outgoings were very limited during the period she earned over $100,000.
In December last year, he made an appearance at the Naturalization Ceremony at the National Archives. Then, in January 2024, Melania was seen again for the funeral of her mother, Amalija Knavs.
During her time as First Lady, Braillard helped Melania choose her dress and was the mastermind behind her stunning ivory gown, which she wore to her husband’s 2017 bridal shower.
