The former “Saturday Night Live” host, 39, shared that it’s been an emotional roller coaster for him watching new episodes of the show since he left in December of last year.

Strong, who is still the show’s longest-serving actress, made an admission about her struggles when she appeared on Andy Cohen’s “Watch What Happens Live.”

He agreed with the reality king’s claims as he likened “SNL” to “ex-boyfriends.”

“It’s a big part of my life, and there’s so many people I love there, so I feel like I’m just going to be in a swamp of grief, just my heart is going to break,” she told Cohen, adding, “I’ve got to keep my distance .”

Strong, who had an 11-year run on the show, ended it in December 2022. The show saw the mass departure of several other cast members that year, including Kate McKinnon, Aidy Bryant, Pete Davidson, Chris Redd, Kyle Mooney, Melissa Villaseñor, and Alex Moffat.

Somewhere along the line in his “Watch What Happens Live” appearance, Strong was asked by Cohen if there was any chance he would host the show again.

“What did you think of Molly Shannon hosting ‘SNL’ last weekend, and was there any talk of you coming in and hosting as well?” Cohen asked, referring to Shannon, 58, who was a former cast member on “SNL” from 1995 to 2001 and hosted the April 8 episode.

“There’s no talk of me hosting,” Strong replied, going on to reveal that there’s a possibility he’ll return for the series’ 50th anniversary.

She said she would love to make love to James Kennedy, would marry Tom Schwartz, and would kill Sandoval. Sandoval’s 9-year relationship with Madix came to a head recently when she discovered indecent content from Leviss on his phone.

Also, on the show, during the “Who’s to Blame” trivia segment, Cohen asked Strong if he thought people were being too hard on Sandoval and Leviss or if they deserved it.

He states that they deserve the backlash while Madix deserves all the love and respect, adding that there’s an advantage for him because he doesn’t have to pretend to be Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras.

When asked if she thought Sandoval and Leviss’ relationship would “work out,” she shared that it started out in a “selfish, mean way” and didn’t seem to be headed for success.
