Now, the photo agency has shared why they flagged the video. The company told the news outlet that it “includes a standard editor’s note for distributed content provided by third-party organizations.”

On March 22, Kate shocked the world when she revealed that she had been diagnosed with an undisclosed type of cancer after she underwent successful stomach surgery.

“I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you, personally, for all the wonderful messages of support and for your understanding while I’ve been recovering from surgery,” Kate began the clip, which was filmed from her home in Windsor.

“It’s been a very difficult few months for our whole family, but I have a great medical team who have taken such good care of me, for which I am very grateful,” he added.

The princess continued, “In January, I underwent a major abdominal surgery in London, and at the time, it was thought that my condition was not cancer. The surgery was successful. However, tests after the surgery found that cancer was present. I Therefore, the medical team advised I had to undergo a course of preventive chemotherapy, and I am now in the early stages of that treatment.”

“This is, of course, a huge shock, and William and I have done everything we can to process and manage this personally for the sake of our young family,” Kate admitted.

He continued, “As you can imagine, this took time. It took me time to recover from major surgery to start my treatment. But, most importantly, we took time to explain everything to George, Charlotte, and Louis in a way that’s right for them and to reassure them that I’m going to be fine.”
