Curse words are usually forbidden in households, but Taylor Swift’s name seems to be the case for this family.
A woman went viral after posting a video on Instagram of her husband paying her if she mentioned anything related to iconic country pop singer Swift.
Maryland Realtor Dana Rice posted a clip showing her husband recording the “Taylor Swift Jar” for every time he mentions the famous singer’s name, or anything related to her.

The video begins with Rice laughing hysterically as she zooms in on a cylindrical jar, where a small note on the front reads, “Taylor Swift Jar, any mention of Taylor Swift and you owe $0.25. I can’t take it anymore. Travis Kelce is included.”
“I can’t take it anymore,” the husband is heard saying while Rice just laughs in the video that has been viewed more than 9.8 million times.
“They were both on Saturday Night Live last night,” Rice said, possibly mentioning something related to Swift.
That’s when the husband responded and said, “that’s tribal.”
Swift’s fans were not happy with the clip, and some even sided with the “Swiftie” mother of the three fan boys.

“25 cents is a small price to pay to spread the gospel,” one comedian commented on the video.
“He’s kidding, you use money to go see him in person ?,” replied another user.
“Put a jar next to it for a football quote. Any time he mentions the NFL at all, it’s a quarter,” one woman typed.

Rice said her fandom for Swift became a thing when the singer’s “The Eras Tour” launched.
As a real estate businessman, Rice said hearing about all the reports and analytics showing Swift’s crazy ticket sales numbers surprised him.
“I started seeing reports and things from other people and other industries talking about him from a business perspective — from a force of nature perspective when he first started this tour,” Rice said according to Fox.
“It just came into my awareness and became something I wanted to see because I’m a businessman and I want to learn,” he added.
Swift raised Rice so much that she ended up getting some Eras Tour tickets to see the pop-country superstar.

As the Eras Tour began on just its third day, the concert had earned $92.8 million in ticket sales in the US alone, followed by $30.7 million internationally, reported Variety Magazine.
Rice said her husband had already supplied her with a roll of quarters for the forbidden-name-Swift jar.
Rice, who is a Washington Commanders fan, said he loves his team but now tunes in to the Kansas City Chiefs knowing the cameras will focus on Swift or Kelce.
“I didn’t ask [her husband] who’s playing, I asked, ‘When’s the Taylor Swift game?’ That’s how it’s now framed in my house,” Rice said, which Fox also reported.
