Woman Slams Chicago Bulls With Lawsuit Accusing Scottie Pippen Of Abuse

The Chicago Bulls have been dragged into the mess of their former superstar as Scottie Pippen faces allegations of sexual assault and harassment from his former flame.

According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Chyvette A. Valentine, a woman who claims to be the former basketball player’s ex-girlfriend, recently released a scathing complaint against him, the NFL team, and his family.

Her name may please those following Pippen’s drama, as she previously sued the 58-year-old in 2019 over expenses incurred during their alleged relationship.

Chicago Bulls Named Along With Scottie Pippen And His Family In New Suit

Valentine filed the civil action suit in Cook County, Illinois, Circuit Court on Wednesday. He named Chicago Bulls Scottie Pippen and his family — ex-wife Larsa Pippen and brother Carl T. Pippen — as responsible for his alleged suffering.

According to Valentine, she had an on-and-off relationship with Scottie from 1987 to 1993. However, their romance ended after she was allegedly raped by the Pippen brothers, a crime that resulted in the birth of their late son Devonte Pippen who was murdered in 2011.

Since the alleged dissolution of their relationship, Valentine claims Scottie has used his status as a Chicago Bulls player to stalk, harass and torture her. He claims his actions have caused him severe mental and emotional stress in addition to various other problems.

Valentine claims she has lost her home, job and career opportunities over Scottie’s alleged stalking. He claims that he once tried to file a police report about the harassment, but the former NBA star quashed his request using his trusted connections with local, state and federal workers.

She also claims he used his medical connections to falsify his report to make it look like he was “mentally ill.” The lawsuit contained more allegations of harassment and horrific incidents that allegedly took place over thirty years.

Valentine requested a jury trial, and she is seeking $250 million from the Chicago Bulls, Scottie, and his family for alleged stalking, harassment, intentional infliction of mental and emotional distress, death threats, defamation, child support for her late son, and more.

Valentine announced his decision to sue the Chicago Bulls along with Scottie and his family in an emotional letter. He reiterated his claims of harassment from Pippen’s clan and blamed NFL teams for not helping his situation, writing:

“For the past 30 years and counting, I have experienced a series of torturous acts by Scottie Pippen, Carl T. Pippen, and Larsa Pippen, with the Chicago Bulls organization failing to address or remedy the situation. These acts include stalking, harassment, and rape, among others.”

“Despite my repeated attempts to find a way out through the appropriate channels, the Chicago Bulls organization has recklessly allowed this crime to continue unchecked,” Valentine continued. He said Pippen’s members had caused “deep emotional distress, physical injury and irreparable damage” to his well-being.

He accused the Chicago Bulls of showing “disregard for the law and basic human decency.” He asked them to take responsibility for failing to provide a “safe and respectful environment” for teammates.

Valentine warned the Chicago Bulls organization to take immediate action to address his case. He claimed that if they failed to respond favorably within 30 days, he would “take legal action to obtain justice and redress for the damages imposed” on him.
