Iggy Azalea is being blasted on Twitter by women, more specifically, black women begging her to mind her own business.

It was revealed in the ongoing court proceedings for Tory Lanez’s gun charges for shooting Megan Thee Stallion in the leg, that Iggy took it upon herself to write a letter of support for Tory.
He and allegedly up to 70 others including more celebrities and famous people have written letters of support in the hope of getting Tory out of jail and into rehab. The letters prove the character of the rapper.
Allegedly actress Grimes is another person who wrote a letter supporting the “It Doesn’t Matter” rapper and his team’s efforts. As this news has sunk in, women have expressed their disgust with Iggy and her incessant need to step into other people’s business.

Iggy is now trying to take back the decision she made but really looks like she’s bothered that she got caught compared to who she showed support for. He wrote in one post: “For the record: 1. I have not been in touch with tory for months, I have no reason to do so, but I wish him well.” He claimed.
“2. I don’t “endorse” anyone. everything is full of strangeness. My letter never mentioned anything about what happened that night.” Then he went on to say this suspect statement.
“3. I was told this was for judges only, but it was discussed in public? I never intended to comment publicly.” Then he pretended to know about prison reform. “4. lam not in favor of wasting any life if we can give a reasonable punishment that is restorative in nature. I support prison reform. Period.”

Twitter is full of hate for Iggy who still shows even a modicum of support for Tory. “Iggy Azalea is furious that her support for an abusive man has been made public. she’s fine with an abusive man walking down the street. he saw an abusive man harassing and mocking his victim, and he thought he should receive mercy. you’re always the rude one, huh,” wrote one follower.
Another follower expressed support for black women. “So, if I understand correctly… what Iggy wanted to happen, ideally, was to express support for someone who hurt BW, but no one knew about it.”

Another follower felt like it was inappropriate for Iggy to comment because she has been offending black women ever since she stepped on the scene. “Australian female pop artist Iggy Azalea, who puts on a fake black American accent and imitates black female rappers, wrote a letter of support on behalf of the man who shot Megan the Stallion. #Exit.”
As a black woman myself, her “black accent” is so offensive we all know she doesn’t speak that way she’s Australian for Christ’s sake, and they hardly use the same slang as the US vernacular.

Iggy likes the aesthetic of black women to the core, but the actual issue isn’t a factor for her. And don’t forget people are still angry that he chose to support Tory Lanez in any capacity, not just because of race, the crime was brutal.
