Vince McMahon has been sued by a former employee who has accused the WWE founder of sex-trafficking and defecating on his head during a threesome.
The former employee, identified as Janel Grant, filed a new lawsuit to void the nondisclosure agreement she signed in a $3 million settlement in 2022. Grant claims that McMahon has failed to pay her the entire settlement amount.

In addition to asking the court to void the NDA she signed, Grant has also claimed that McMahon forcibly penetrated her with a sex tool named after his wrestler, leaving her bleeding and bruised.
According to court documents, Grant also claims that in June 2021, McMahon and another WWE official locked him in a room at the wrestling company’s Stamford, Connecticut headquarters, where they took turns sexually assaulting him.
In addition to the charges of intentional infliction of emotional distress and civil battery, Grant alleges that McMahon, WWE, and former head of talent relations John Laurinaitis violated the Victims of Human Trafficking Prevention Act. The allegations relate to years of sexual and emotional abuse Grant claims he suffered while working for WWE.
A statement from Grant’s attorney, Ann Callis, regarding the lawsuit reads, “Today’s complaint seeks to hold accountable the two WWE executives who sexually assaulted and trafficked Plaintiff Janel Grant, as well as the organization that facilitated or turned a blind eye to the abuse and then swept it under the rug .”
It continued, “He was a very private and courageous person who had suffered deeply at the hands of Mr. McMahon and Mr. [John] Laurinaitis. Ms Grant hopes her suit will prevent other women from becoming victims. This organization is well aware of Mr. McMahon’s history of depraved behavior, and it is time they are held accountable for his leadership misconduct.”
The shocking claims come amid McMahon’s plans to step back from several roles in the WWE.

In her lawsuit, Grant shared several examples of sexual abuse she allegedly suffered at the hands of McMahon.
The lawsuit also alleges that McMahon once shared a photo of Grant in a text message from 2020 with another person, writing: “He was probably screaming and trying to say NO!! Although it will [Be] hard to say anything with ac— down his throat.”
Another abusive text message is said to read, “I’m the only one who owns U and controls who I want to f—- U.”
The former head of talent relations, John Laurinaitis, who is also named in the assault lawsuit, is alleged to have had frequent sexual relations with Grant.
The former WWE boss has yet to respond to the harsh allegations.
