WWE star Natalya Neidhart has struggled with body image issues in the past, but has since overcome them and is now showing off her bikini body.

The 40-year-old WWE star has been open and honest with her fans over the years, talking about the body image issues she faced years ago, which she says even led to an eating disorder.
“When I started being myself and not worrying, you know, worrying about what other people thought of me, that’s when I started doing my best work. I told Nikkita [Lyons] that when I was in NXT … I was like, ‘I love your body. Like, you have the body of a person like that’,” he said in an interview.
Now, she is confident and shows off her body on social media.
The WWE star shared the photo above to Instagram, wearing a tie-dye one-piece bathing suit, which has a cutout in the middle, allowing her to show off some skin. “Learning to be enough for yourself first without worrying if you’re enough for someone else is a vibe— a very high vibe?,” she captioned the post. Natalya has been a wrestler for as long as she can remember.
“When I decided I wanted to be a wrestler, I was 19 years old,” he explained. “I just finished high school and I knew wrestling was my calling. So I started training in the Dungeon. And from the moment I set foot in the Dungeon with my family, I knew that I loved the business. I knew that was what I wanted to do. There is nothing else that makes me happy, that burns my soul like wrestling does.”
Now, Neidhart is thinking about being more open because he says he has thought about writing a book based on the journal entries he kept.
“I keep very detailed and meticulous notes about my life, and my Uncle Bret inspired it,” Neidhart told Slam Wrestling. “My uncle, I think since we lost my Datuk Stu, Bret has been the father of our family ever since. He taught me a lot about following your journey and enjoying these special moments.”
Even though Neidhart is busy with other aspects of his life, he still tries to stay in touch with her.
“I write to him, even on my travels, I write him long emails and things to document my feelings – not just in a journal, I like to write to him, tell him how I feel,” she explained. “It’s funny because a few years ago, we found some old letters that my Uncle Owen had written, and they were beautiful letters about his journey in WWE, how much fun he was having, and what things were like in Europe. You will never forget our incredible journey.”
