Yash Dasgupta was born on Thursday, 10 October 1985 (age 35 years; in 2020) in Kolkata. His zodiac sign is Libra. He has lived all over India as his father used to undergo frequent relocations due to his work. As a result, he attended school in Delhi, Mumbai, Madhya Pradesh, and Sikkim. When he was in twelfth standard, his mother was diagnosed with cancer. He had to stop his studies for some time for his mother’s treatment. He completed his schooling from Naval High School, Mumbai. Modeling and Acting Career in Television
Yash Dasgupta started his career as a model. He won the title of King of Glam in the Kuri Streax Unish Glam Hunt held in Kolkata in 2006. He made his TV debut with the 2009 Color TV show “Koi Aane Ko Hai.”
He has played several memorable roles in many Hindi TV serials such as ‘Suraj Dharamraj Mahiyavanshi’ in Bandini (2009), ‘Ketan Sanghvi’ in Basera (2009), ‘Karan Singh’ in Na Aana Is Des Laado (2010), and ‘Viraj’ in Adaalat (2012). She made her Bengali Television debut with Star Jalsha’s serial “Bojhena Se Bojhena” (2013-2016) as ‘Aranya Singha Roy, Radhe.’

- He has been passionate about acting since childhood. He never ignored his family’s advice to study seriously and instead he shifted his focus to extracurricular activities. He used to participate in dramas and didn’t care about the role he had to play. The only thing that mattered was that he was on stage, and that’s how he realized his passion for acting.
