It’s Time For Efron To Reevaluate His Fitness Routine
The actress says it wasn’t until her Australian sabbatical that she started re-evaluating her fitness routine and taking a giant step away from her usual healthy lifestyle. “At one point, that was my dream — what would it be like to not have to be in shape all the time. What if I just said, ‘F**k it’ and let myself go?” he said. “So I tried it, and I did. And for all the reasons I thought it would be amazing, I was just miserable. My body wouldn’t feel right; I just didn’t feel alive. I felt stuck and slow.”
Now things are different for the actor. She is doing bubble kicks, stretching, doing yoga and massaging herself with Theragun. She even took an ice bath saying, “it was my favorite part of the day.” Efron also has a new awareness of injuries because of the many experiences he’s had in such a short period of time.
