Zayn Malik spilled his OWN tea!
The former One Direction singer sat down with Alex Cooper on this week’s episode of “Call Her Daddy.”
The interview was conducted in Cooper’s parents’ living room on the East Coast, where Malik lives. He usually hosts the show at his studio in Los Angeles, CA.

‘CHD’ released a teaser trailer for Wednesday’s episode. In the teaser, Malik admitted that this was his first interview in about six years.
He’s usually shy and coy when it comes to talking about his personal life, One Direction days, etc., but it looks like the singer has a whole new attitude.
“I think we’re too exposed in the group to like, that’s why I took time to not like, necessarily doing an interview,” he explained. “They were just like, ‘Oh yeah, you can be a mystery.’ That’s not necessarily my personality. I’m just calm.”
Zayn made a sudden and shocking exit from the popular boy band in 2015. Zayn and his former bandmates haven’t been on the best of terms since his departure.

Liam Payne Apologizes To Zayn Malik For Controversial Comments
Liam Payne made some controversial comments about Zayn during a 2022 appearance on Logan Paul’s podcast, “ImPAULsive.”
Payne said, “There are many reasons why I don’t like Zayn, and many reasons why I will always, always be by his side. If I had to go through what he went through… through his growth and whatever else… I don’t agree with any of his actions, I can’t praise some of the things he does. I can’t be on his side for that.”
The singer recently expressed regret for her comments about Malik in a YouTube video titled, “I’m back.”
Since leaving One Direction and launching his own solo career, Malik has become a father.
In 2020, he and his girlfriend, Gigi Hadid, welcomed their first child together. They had a baby girl named Khai in September that year.
Zayn Reveals His Biggest “Dad Quality”

“Ever since I had my daughter, the main thing on my mind was trying to be a good example to her,” Malik admitted to Cooper. “That’s why I did this interview, you know? Like, I used to get a lot of anxiety about conversations, like this. And, I want him to be able to look at me and say, ‘Yo, my dad did this.'”
At one point in the teaser, Cooper asks Malik, “What’s your biggest dad quality that you’re proud of that makes you giggle when you think about it?”
The singer proudly revealed his new found “dad quality”.
“I keep getting told I tell dad jokes, and I tend to it. I was just like, ‘It’s okay. Cold.’ People just look at me like I’m a weirdo and I’m like, ‘Yeah, I’m a dad now. I am allowed to tell this joke. You have to give me a pass,’” he said. “I think we get to a certain point in adult life where everything is kind of vague and gray and boring. And, he is [Khai] bring that back for me.”
If you don’t know who the real Zayn Malik is… well, then you’re in for a treat.
“If they don’t know everything yet, that’s okay. But hopefully they can get to know me a little bit in this interview,” he said before the teaser ended.
