Amy Schumer Trolls Ashton Kutcher & Mila Kunis With Nicole Kidman ‘Apology’

Amy Schumer couldn’t help herself, felt the fans. The funny bone in him jumped out and made him do weird things on his social media before he deleted it, but not before it went viral on Twitter.

Prime example, he slammed Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, while “apologising” to Nicole Kidman… Here’s the twists and turns…

Amy Schumer Rejects Nicole Kidman Before Deleting Post

Amy Schumer recently faced allegations of cyberbullying after she put down 56-year-old Nicole Kidman at the US Open, having a somewhat “robotic” expression. In the shot, Kidman is sitting cross-legged with her elbows on her legs, resting her chin on her hands, watching the game with intense concentration. Schumer poked fun at the wide-eyed pose, captioning the since-deleted post, “This is how humans sit.”

Both attended the US Open final between Coco Gauff and Aryna Sabalenka which took place last weekend, with Kidman wearing a pink dress. Instagram users slammed the 42-year-old Schumer in the comments section, wondering why she targeted Kidman and mocked her.

One Instagram user asked, “Are you cyberbullying Oscar and Emmy winner Nicole Kidman right now?” Another exclaimed, “Wow so bad! I wish one of my favorite comedians had more respect for other people’s feelings than this.”

Yet another Instagram user chimed in on the “mean girl” tone of the post, writing, “Always thought you were funny, watched all your specials, movies, read your books. But this selective mean girl is the subject of public trolling? No Thanks .”

It seems that Schumer realized that she had gone too far, especially since Kidman didn’t respond to her post or trolling, and deleted the post.

Here are some photos of Kidman at the US Open…

Schumer also decided to issue an “apology,” not to Kidman, but to anyone who was hurt by her insinuation that Kidman was less than human.

That said, he fired a direct jab at “the cast of ‘That ’70s Show’ and perhaps especially Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, given that they wrote letters of support for convicted rapist Danny Masterson, who has been sentenced to 30 years to life for his crimes.”

In a deeply sarcastic apology, Schumer wrote, “I want to apologize to everyone I hurt by posting a photo of Nicole Kidman and referring to her as an alien.”

Taking aim at Kutcher and Kunis, Schumer then went on to write, “I’m going to ask the cast of that ’70s show to write a letter supporting my forgiveness.” He also hashtagged “taketimetoheal” in the same post, but later deleted it. Which states, The sharp-eyed Twitter site saw it and spread it further.

While social media users seemed fine with Schumer going after Kutcher and Kunis, as well as Danny Masterson’s other supporters, no one was happy with her necessarily dragging Nicole Kidman into this. Not that Kidman has responded to any of the drama…

He also posted a photo of Coco Gauff, with encouraging comments on it, but Instagram users were having none of it as one person wrote, “Raise one woman only to tear another down… a bully masquerading as a comedian..”

Amy Schumer Also Targets Jessica Chastain

Not to be outdone, Schumer also cited herself to protest some SAG-AFTRA members promoting the film amid the ongoing writers’ and actors’ strike, even though they had the necessary permission from SAG-AFTRA leaders.

She posted a photo of herself at the US Open, filming with her mouth open, and captioned it, “I watched the @sagaftra cast doing press in Venice.”

Schumer appears to be targeting the likes of Jessica Chastain, Adam Driver, Jacob Elordi, and Patrick Dempsey, who are promoting the film at the Venice Film Festival. Chastain also stated why she was promoting the film, during the strike, saying. “I was very nervous to come. There were actually several people on my team who advised me not to do it.”

He wore a “SAG-AFTRA strike” shirt and explained that his reason for promoting the film was because SAG-AFTRA had made it clear that actors had to support the strike through social media, walk the picket line and work but were also allowed to support interim agreement projects, such as ” Memory”.

That said, Schumer has since deleted this post as well. That’s strike three, so he might as well think before posting from now on, feel many social media users.

But then again, this is Schumer, so maybe not.
