Andrew Tate & Brother’s Prison Stay Extended Another Month!

Andrew and Tristan Tate are still in jail and will be for some time.

Both were arrested on charges of human trafficking and rape. Andrew has also been accused of recruiting young women and forcing them to create pornographic material/content online.

Andrew and Tristan are not the only people accused of this crime. Two women, Luana Radu and Georgiana Naghel, are also behind bars and have been arrested in connection with the Tate brothers.

Earlier this month, the brothers filed an appeal to be released from custody and the appeal was… “DENIED.”

Now, it has been reported that Andrew and Tristan’s prison sentences have been extended.

They will not see the light of freedom until February 27.

According to reports, a judge granted a further 30-day extension of their detention.

Andrew angrily responded to the news through his lawyer and said he was “arrested for a crime of opinion.”

The defense lawyer, Constantin Ioan Gliga, told a Romanian news channel Gandul“We continue to maintain that practically at the moment the Tate brothers are being arrested for opinion crimes, because of what they say, at one point, in an online environment and not because of what they actually do in their private lives.”

He added the judge’s decision to extend the Tate brother’s time in jail by 30 days was “unwarranted and completely excessive.”

In addition to the lengthy prison terms, Romanian authorities recently descended on the Tate grounds near Bucharest and seized 15 luxury cars, 14 designer watches and cash estimated to be worth 3.6 million euros or 3.9 million US dollars.

The country’s anti-organized crime agency has identified six victims in the human trafficking case who were reportedly subjected to “acts of physical violence and mental coercion.”

They were sexually exploited by members of the alleged criminal gang.

Following the raid on his home, Andrew’s Twitter account tweeted, “Anyone who believes I’m a human trafficker is a total idiot,” in addition to, “anyone smart enough to understand the American System is unfair would be blown away by the injustice of the Romanian System.”

His account has tweeted and retweeted several times since Andrew’s arrest.

In August 2022, Andrew shared a video to his Instagram account where he talked about “championing women.”

Andrew Tate Said She Was A “Champion Woman” Before She Was Arrested

“I fight for women all the time. I say how they should be protected. How beautiful they are. How I love my grandmother,” he said in the now alarming video. “My grandmother had nine children. There was my father and eight others. They all have a bunch of kids, blah, blah, blah. I stood there and looked at my 93 year old grandmother and there was a room, a room full of maybe 70 people that came from that ONE WOMAN. Isn’t that amazing.”
