Kutcher recently revealed that he was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune condition that severely affected his body. Kutcher spoke about the condition for the first time during an interview on the episode Run Wild with Bear Grylls: The Challenge.

The “Just Married” actress said, “Like two years ago, I had this weird, very rare vasculitis, which, like, took away my vision, it disabled my hearing, it knocked out, like, all my balance.”

Kutcher also revealed that the disorder has left him very weak and bedridden and he’s not sure he’ll ever get back to his normal self. He said, “You don’t really appreciate it until it’s gone. Until you go, ‘I don’t know if I’ll be able to see again, I don’t know if I’ll be able to hear again, I don’t know if I’ll be able to walk again. ‘”
