Christina Hall has had enough of ex-husband Ant Anstead fighting her over their son, Hudson, and she’s decided to take action!

On Sunday evening, the “Flip Or Flop” star took to her Instagram to officially address the situation with her ex-husband. He shared a selfie of himself in a car with a frustrated face and a pair of giant sunglasses. Her jewelry is kept to a minimum, and her makeup is soft.

“I’m mentally exhausted from the false accusations against me recently,” Hall began her long and vulnerable caption. “Father Hudson has made an attempt to turn my family, friends and fans against me through manipulation tactics and false information.”
The real estate investor admitted to her 1.8 million followers that her ex-husband’s accusations have had a “huge impact” on her and her family, and as a result, she has decided to “no longer feature Hudson on Instagram, my tv show, or any social platform until she mature enough to make this decision for himself.”

The mother of three explained her decision, writing, “I’ve always been fine without Hudson appearing on a public platform and have made that clear. The only reason I want him to appear on my show is to share in the fun. activities/ traveling with our family/siblings.”

While this is the first time the HGTV host has publicly addressed her ongoing custody battle with the British television host, she has hit back at her accusations in court. As The Blast previously reported, Hall applauded Anstead in a court declaration, denying all of her ex-husband’s allegations.
“The allegation that I ‘exploited’ our child is completely offensive and untrue. Hall insists she never “exploited” their son, as he has made several appearances in her commercials.

He noted that Hudson’s appearance in his ad took less than five minutes to film, and none of them were forced – very organic and fun moments. The California native, however, pointed the finger at her ex-husband, claiming he was the one who actually exploited their young child.
“Anyone with experience in social media will recognize Ant’s pattern of posting our children using products and tagging product manufacturers as ‘fishing’ for endorsements. Ant is currently off television and puts a lot of effort into Instagram as that is his only platform.”

Hall’s recent applause for her ex-husband comes days after the Plymouth native asked a divorce court in Orange County, Ca to grant her legal custody of their 3-year-old son, so she can control how Hudson is exposed to reality television and social media.
In exclusive court documents obtained by The Blast, the 43-year-old challenges Hall’s parentage, saying, “Christina has exploited Hudson in numerous paid promotions on social media. I’m concerned that she even has footage of him, to be used in a ‘reality’ TV show. his, without my knowledge or consent, and continued to record it despite my objections.”
He continued, “I do not believe it is in Hudson’s best interest to be exploited as a “spokesperson, ambassador” or as a “model” for any product or social media campaign. I will choose to decline requests for Hudson to be used in such advertisements. We should maintain Hudson’s right to self-determination in the future.”
Anstead expressed concern about the risks of being a child star in Hollywood while claiming sole legal custody of Hudson. Anstead and Hall were married for almost three years before calling it quits in 2021.
