Cindy Crawford In CHEEKY Pepsi Reboot For ‘One Margarita’ Angers Fans!

In 1992, Cindy Crawford stopped screaming at a gas station in a red Lamborghini before downing a cold can of Pepsi – as two boys watched, mesmerized. It’s been over 30 years since then but Crawford still got it, only this time, he chose Margarita, even though he drew the line at four! But why does that make fans angry?

What is “One Margarita” Song?

Frankly, it’s the most sex-positive summer song of 2023, even if it’s inspired by “anti-sex” evangelical talk. It all started with 64-year-old Cynthia Smock, better known as Sister Cindy, an evangelist with a huge following on TikTok. Smock has made it his life’s goal to preach against “sexual sin” and one of his speeches revolves around explaining, in detail, what a girl would do if a guy bought her a margarita.

In Free Speech Alley at Louisiana State University, Smock sternly told students, “If you buy him one margarita, he’ll straighten his legs!” Things get more graphic in detail, about what a girl will do with pe—s, as the margarita grows from one to two, three and four. The video of Smock’s speech has been viewed nearly 9 million times on TikTok and ironically, it’s a line from one of his speeches that inspired the summer 2023 jam “One Margarita.”

Many teenagers have more questions for Sister Cindy, commenting:

“What if I’m a girl and want to pick up a girl? What drink can I get him?”

“It’s a socially unconscious look. You’re telling them why they SHOULD give him a margarita.”

“This is a great ad for margaritas.”

It also inspired Angel Laketa Moore, an influencer and actress who uses the handle “That Chick Angel” on YouTube and TikTok. He listened to Sister Cindy’s speech and in a burst of creative energy, took the evangelist’s words and remixed them into a rap song. Much like a speech, the song details what happens after he drinks one, two, three, four, and yes, even five margaritas.

Cindy Crawford Reboots Pepsi For “One Margarita”

When Saucy Santana, the man best known for his “Material Girl” video decided to take part in a remix, he did so with Giant Music. The label already has a relationship with Casamigos, the tequila brand shown in the new video. Proving that the world is a small, small place, it turns out that Rande Gerber, Crawford’s husband, is the co-founder of the brand. It seems that between Gerber and their children, Cindy Crawford is convinced to do a “Pepsi Reboot”, Margarita style.

Just like the Pepsi ad, Crawford steps out of a sports car, wearing the same white tee and blue denim shorts from the ’90s, as the bartenders watch, open-mouthed. He walks up to the bar and orders a ‘Rita, before Moore comes and violently pushes him off camera, as part of the script.

Fans aside, this is killing celebrities too as both Porsha Williams and Lisa Rinna appreciate it. Meanwhile, since Crawford demanded “Give ‘rita!” in the caption, Rita Wilson cheekily replied, “I’m a Rita. What do you need?”

Fans Furious With Supermodel Cindy Crawford Rejected!

Apparently some of Cindy Crawford’s die-hard fans had a problem with the “pressure” Moore put on her, causing her to fall and disappear from the camera.

Comments are coming in:

“The pressure is unnecessary. I feel sorry for Cindy C. She is a SUPER MODEL.”

“The pressure is unnecessary. Can’t we all get along? I’m sure Cindy enjoyed it. Cindy is a professional.”

“What is being pushed? Makes no sense, please explain?”

This prompted several other fans to try and explain that it was all part of a pre-written script that everyone was using, “Cindy signed for the whole thing. Including PUSH! OMG, it was part of the effect. What a snowflake.” Another piped, “No Cindy Crawfords were harmed in the making of this video!”

Here’s Crawford herself, drawing the line at four margaritas while reminding her fans not to take it all so seriously!
