Nicole Natalie Marrow, better known as Coco Austin, doesn’t spare the haters as she proudly tells the world that she is an “unconventional” mother.
Coco is the mother of her only child Chanel Nicole Marrow, born in November 2015 and whom she shares with her husband of about a decade, Tracy “Ice-T” Marrow.
The television personality has no doubt always done her best when it comes to parenting which may not always be approved of as she recently came under fire for bathing her daughter in the kitchen sink.

Take to Twitter To applaud the critics, Coco wrote a reprimanding statement, citing a Page Six news update about haters’ reaction to her Chanel showering in the sink video. She wrote, “Wow, Wow! Here we go again! Giving my daughter a bath in the sink went Viral? SMH! People, you must know by now that I’m an unconventional mom.
The actor then insisted, “I do what works and is easier for me” before slamming critics, saying, “Some might want to take some cues from messing with me.” Many of his fans are in his corner; some shared their hazard-free experiences when children showered in the sink, while others said there was nothing wrong with people just minding their own business.
As for the Page Six report, it revealed that Coco shared a video of her daughter’s bath time on her Instagram, which she captioned, “Skiing is easiest when you need to go fast.” The clip shows Chanel, 6, using her iPad in a makeshift tub, then cuts to the 43-year-old curling her hair as they prepare for the Patricia Fields fashion show.

It went on to reveal that the event was Chanel’s first as a scout before featuring the little one picking out her own outfit and beaming in their car. Although the video shows another side of how the two are getting ready for their exit, Coco’s followers can’t ignore Chanel showering in the sink as they take to the comments to express their criticism.
One fan believed the child was being treated like a baby, while another stated that the shower was “awkward” to watch as the girl was too old for it. On the other hand, some others were swayed by the great idea of the former beauty pageant champion and couldn’t resist splashing into her “inside” and possibly drowning expensively.
One fan wrote that the kitchen sink saved someone from back pain, while another supporter noted that the reality star saved water in the process and didn’t have to bend over to bathe her child.
It’s no news that Coco and her husband, Ice-T, are known for their controversial parenting choices, from continuing to breastfeed their child to pushing him in a stroller, which both gained popularity in May. In response to criticism at the time, the “Southwest Babes” actress called out Twitter that the world likes to condemn whatever he does.
He added, “Oh lord!! Is it true people? Aren’t there wars & mass shootings as we speak & you’d rather mess with my mother? Hmmm.”[sic] His partner also supports his reaction as he is urged he to ignore the haters after pointing out that they “have nothing else to talk about.”

The photo gives a glimpse of Chanel wearing a black top tucked into a plaid skirt and complimenting her look with a black hair tie on her long brown hair. Instead, Coco opted for a sexier look as she looked stunning in a body-hugging long dress, showing off her toned features.
The post’s caption later indicated that it was the youngster’s first fashion show that the duo attended with “close friends” but without Ice-T as he was unfortunately busy at the time.
