The Canadian teacher who sparked controversy after photos showed her in class wearing Z-size fake breasts last year has launched a new teaching gig — prompting schools to put extra security measures in place for safety.
Parents of high school students at Nora Frances Henderson High School in Hamilton, Ontario were warned by the school’s principal there could be “outcry” and “disruption” over the hiring of Kayla Lemieux in a memo obtained by the Toronto Sun.
“We are writing to you today because we expect the school your child attended this year, Nora Frances Henderson, may receive some level of public attention, and we want to convey this to you, your children and our school,” Principal Tom Fisher wrote in the memo.
“If the school is subject to any disruption or protest; we are committed to communicating with you openly and as often as possible to ensure student safety – and to share any operational plans,” the memo said, according to the outlet.
Aware of the potential storm of controversy following the hiring, Fisher wrote that new security measures will be in place to protect students and faculty when Lemieux joins their ranks.

Lemieux was placed on paid leave in March by the Halton School District after a photo of her teaching shop went viral.
These safety precautions include “requiring students to enter and exit the building using designated doors when entering and exiting” and “locking exterior doors during school hours, using only the front main door during school hours,” according to the memo.
“All students and visitors will be required to use the intercom system to enter and exit the building,” with parents asked, “to email or call before coming to school if they wish to visit or speak with staff.”
The memo explained the board has an “obligation to uphold individual rights and treat all people with dignity and respect” as students prepare to welcome their new controversial educators.
The Hamilton-Wentworth County School Board acknowledged they “recently communicated” with parents that “their child’s school may be of heightened public interest,” the outlet reported.
Fisher assured parents that the school and district are not currently dealing with any “safety concerns,” and that the memo is only intended to keep parents on the lookout so they aren’t blindsided by “possible media interest in the site and protests.”
It was unclear whether Lemieux, who was not explicitly named in the memo but was referred to as an “experienced educator” who has “recently been the subject of public attention, related to their gender expression while teaching in schools in different communities,” will shop teach for school.
Lemieux was teaching wood shop at his previous school while wearing her fake breasts.
The memo also did not mention if students would be suspended if they took any photos or videos of Lemieux as happened at his previous school, South of Oakville Trafalgar High.

Lemieux was placed on paid leave in March by the Halton School District after a photo of her teaching store went viral — angering parents in the district who have sharply criticized the school board for failing to impose a stricter dress code on teachers.
The photo was allegedly taken by a student of Lemieux’s fake breasts while in class.
The school has been subjected to bomb threats and shootings following the controversy after photos of the busty teacher went viral.
It’s unclear whether Lemieux was fired or left voluntarily as he prepares to start his new job at a nearby high school.
In an interview with The Post, the teacher emphatically said her breasts were not fake — even after being photographed leaving the house without them on.

“I don’t wear fake breasts. This is real,” Lemieux told The Post in February.
Admitting he could not prove his claim, he shared he was “not a transgender” but was born “intersex.”
Saying he never received an official diagnosis, Lemieux also claims his doctor told him he had a condition known as gigantomastia.

“It’s rare, there’s no doubt about it. It affects women on a very rare basis, but in my case, I believe – and my doctor thinks – because I have an XX chromosome as well, which has something to do with it, and hormonal sensitivity to estrogen has caused it.”
Denying that she was the man photographed walking down the sidewalk, not wearing a blonde wig, makeup, and large breasts, she said, “This is me” while wearing the outfit.
“This is what I look like, Lemieux said. “I always go out looking my way.”
Asked if he ever looked different than he did then, Lemieux said, “I think if I take off my wig or my makeup.”
