The incident allegedly took place at the Marriott Hotel where the plaintiff worked. He asked the 28-year-old for a photo and apparently, he didn’t like it and refused. The plaintiff decided to take pictures, however, violating the rapper’s space.

DaBaby then asked him to delete the photo, Pocasangren agreed but he claimed that later when the rapper saw it again, he didn’t get over the situation, he followed him into the hotel and put his hands on the hotel employee.

The entire incident was recorded by a security camera at the hotel. At the time, the rapper claimed the hotel worker actually attacked him first and he defended himself. Obviously, the video footage proves otherwise.

The rapper also has another lawsuit pending against a man named Gary Pager who also accuses him of assault. The supposed 2021 incident happened in North Carolina after the man tried to enforce “basic rental rules” at a property he rented to DaBaby.

The trial was set for April this year, but the rapper asked for it to be postponed due to the case we mentioned above. This guy is really putting together a case now.

DaBaby’s lawyer said in a legal document. “If the trial date is not continued, [DaBaby] will not be able to respond to discovery or testify without providing information that could potentially implicate him in a parallel criminal case. Trial dates must be continued to protect [DaBaby’s] Fifth Amendment Rights.”

Apparently, he’s in this mess because he’s renting a house and trying to shoot a music video there. He punched Pager in the face when he showed up at the property to see 40 people and a film crew. The contract states that the house can accommodate no more than 12 people.

He also admitted to not giving permission to do any filming in the house, unfortunately, the “BOP” rapper took it upon himself to put a hit on the owner for enforcing the rules.

DaBaby doesn’t want to, sorry he actually can’t deal with this case right now his lawyer insists, he “can’t be called to testify in this matter until his criminal case is finished, which is until October 2023, at least.” which is against hotel workers.
