Diddy’s twins, D’Lila Star and Jessie James, always make their dad proud, and he never gets tired of telling the world all the time!
The girls, born in December 2022 to Diddy and the late actress Kimberly Porter, have since started making waves in the modeling industry, just like their mother, including marking their runway debut in 2021.
Now, they have achieved a new milestone, starting their career in a high fashion magazine, prompting their father to become emotional as he expresses his pride in them.
Diddy Twins Make High Fashion Magazine Debut In V Magazine

Diddy was on cloud nine about his twins’ high fashion magazine debut as he announced the feat on Instagram in two posts, relaying how incredible the girls looked.
The first update, a reel, showed the record producer shooting the cover of V Magazine, featuring a very refined looking Hailey Bailey, before opening it up to reveal a denim-clad D’Lila and Jessie. They were arrested with Chance, their half-sister, whom Diddy shared with Sarah Chapman, before taking legal responsibility for her in 2007.
After announcing the siblings’ debut in the magazine, the euphoric TV producer said, “Proud dad is alert. Proud father alert. Oh God, my heart is pounding [of] my eyes as we speak. God is good.”
He repeated the same words in the caption, tagging the girl, and in no time, the comment section was filled with praise and congratulations for the model. One fan said, “Those are some beautiful girls,” along with three heart-eyed emojis, while a second user wrote, “Proud Dad alert – They look great – congrats.”
Another commenter exclaimed, “Just beautiful,” adding several red heart emojis before a fourth follower echoed the compliment and declared, “Congratulations, Proud Papa.”
Likewise, a fifth fan congratulated Diddy’s “beautiful girl,” adding, “That’s awesome.” The Howard University alumnus’ second celebratory post features six slides showcasing the exemplary talents of his twins.

They were captured, flipping their long black braids and dressed in high fashion – one twin in a long black pleated leather skirt, matching leather corset top and white arm-length gloves. On the other hand, the second sister wore a straight black leather skirt with a thigh-high slit paired with a long-sleeved brown belted coat.
They both completed their looks with matching shiny boots. Chance was also added to the carousel, photographed in a sheer strappy ensemble accessorized with statement jewelery while her braids were wrapped into a high bun.
“I’m proud of The Combs Queens,” Diddy stated in the caption. “They did such a great job on the @VMagazine shoot. I am so proud of you girls!! You all look graceful, majestic, beautiful & strong. Words cannot explain!” He continued with the note, calling himself “one of the luckiest men in the world” before tagging the twins and Chance and ending with “LOVE.”
In December, the 53-year-old musician went all out to celebrate D’Lila and Jessie’s 16th birthday with a lavish sci-fi themed party, which was graced by many of their loved ones.
The Blast shared details of the event, which the proud father recounted on his Instagram, alongside heartfelt tributes to the celebrants. He wrote, “Happy 16th birthday to my beautiful daughters Jessie and D’lila!!! I am so proud of the intelligent and ambitious young woman you have become.”
In the attached photo, the birthday girls often switch outfits, including matching pink and white crop tops and bottoms with thigh-high boots paired with white gloves and dark sunscreen.
Three-time Grammy Award Winner Announces Daughter’s New Breakthrough, Love, Hit
Diddy enjoys parenthood because he loves his children endlessly, including his seventh child Love Combs, born in 2022 to Dana Tran.
Earlier this month, the overjoyed parents marked a milestone in Love’s life, revealing his first words since birth. As seen in a clip on the “Making the Band” producer’s Instagram feed, the tot and her mom have a playful wrestling match where Tran tries to get Love’s fingers out of her hair and face.
In the process, the little one repeatedly said, “Da da da da,” calling for his father while his mother was injured as she finished the reel moaning, “Ow.”

Founder Sean John was no doubt glad Love called him out with his first words, as he hinted so in the post’s caption, adding that he won the bet fair and square, possibly involving Tran.
