Thirteen priests participated in the service, including the Jesuit Rev. Joseph “Joe” Parkes, a concelebrant who knew Trump Barry and told The Post she was “a beautiful woman.”
The celebrant for the funeral was Reverend Gerald Blaszczak, former pastor of St. Ignatius Loyola who according to Parkes was “very close” to Trump Barry and his family.
Parkes said Trump Barry was a Catholic convert who would walk to morning Mass at the church every day to receive Communion until his injury a few years ago.

Barry Trump is an accomplished jurist, spending decades in the legal world before retiring in February 2019 amid an investigation into alleged tax fraud stemming from his father Fred Trump’s real estate empire.
He has rarely commented publicly on his brother’s tenure in the White House, but leveled sharp criticism of the former president in a conversation secretly recorded by their niece Mary L. Trump in August 2020, in which he called his younger brother “brutal” and said he had “no principles.”
