Kanye West’s empire continues to crumble.
The rapper’s “famous” Donda Academy was closed at the behest of its founder last week and less than 24 hours later it reopened.
Kanye’s flip-floppiness and ballistic behavior really annoys parents, and has many scrambling to find their kids a new school ASAP.

His recent behavior has also caused many of the Donda Academy staff to follow him for the door as well.
According to New York Postseveral teachers at Donda Academy quit in protest of the rapper’s erratic behavior and anti-Semitic remarks.
Ye’s friend, Malik Yusuf, told Position“The staff of the Jewish faith is gone.”
Yusef previously described himself as an “administrator, administering information to young, developing minds.”
“I know we have some Jewish people working there [who] basically withdraw or resign given the pressure of people, I’m sure, friends and family. You have to go with your team when your family says it’s not possible to stay there,” said Yusef. “What Kanye said was ridiculous.”

When asked about Kanye’s anti-Jewish slurs and rants on social media and national television, Yusef said, “Critical thinking is what Donda is all about, and I don’t think Kanye uses critical thinking.”

Explosion previously reported on Donda Academy’s announcement to close its doors “effective immediately.”
Donda Academy principal Jason Angell sent an email to the students’ parents, telling them the school would be closed “at the discretion of our founders.”
The email read, “First, we would like to express our gratitude to the community of families and scholars that Donda Academy brings together. However, at the discretion of our Founders, Donda Academy will be closed for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year effective immediately. Thursday, October 27. OVER THERE. NO SCHOOL TOMORROW.”

“Our leadership team will work diligently to assist all families during this transition, ensuring each scholar has what they need to succeed in their next community in a fast and friendly manner,” the email continued. “We aim to bring it back in September 2023, and we are confident that our scholars will continue to thrive as the next generation of creative innovators, bold influencers and academic leaders.”
Angell signed it off with “Thank you for your support.”

However, less than 24 hours after the email was sent, Donda Academy reversed its decision to close its doors.

Kanye pulled a “GOTCHA” and reversed his decision to close Donda Academy. According to reports, the unaccredited children’s school reopened its doors as quickly as it closed them.
In a new email to parents and students sent Wednesday night, Donda Academy announced it would be back with a “vengeance.”
“Join us tomorrow morning in worship for the return of Donda Academy. With the help of our parents and community, we are back and back with a vengeance!” the email is read. “Donda’s children will change the world.”
