“Dancing With the Stars” professional dancer Witney Carson, 29, recently announced that she and her husband, Carson McAllister, are expecting their second child.
The dancer kept her pregnancy a secret for most of this season of “Dancing With the Stars,” and now that the season is over, she admits doing so was no easy task.

After the season finale of “Dancing With the Stars,” Wayne Brady and Witney Carson went on “Good Morning America” to discuss the past season of the reality competition show. While there, Carson opened up about her second pregnancy and what it was like trying to hide it from everyone on the show.
“[Wayne] very nice and I can always count on him for anything,” Carson told “Good Morning America.”
“He was like one of the first people to know I was pregnant, so he was really watching me,” she continued. “He’s like a big brother.”
The 29-year-old woman revealed how difficult it was to keep her pregnancy a secret because she was really sick with it. “It was really hard to keep it from the people around me because I was really sick, so I would have to go and throw up here and there,” Carson continued to explain.
“So Wayne was one of the first to know, and I think apart from the nausea, just trying to hide the bump, it’s my second child so I’m showing more,” she concluded.

“I’m so excited to finally announce that Carson, Leo and myself are expecting baby number two!,” she said after performing her dance with Wayne Brady. “So, I’m very blessed and this feels like a really good time to share. And finally I can share it, which is great.”
The audience, judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Len Goodman, Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli, as well as fellow contestants and dance professionals all congratulated Carson.

The “Dancing With the Stars” finale was one for the books. The final four contestants for this season include:
- “The Bachelor” leads Gabby Windey and dance partner Val Chmerkovskiy
- TikTok star Charli D’Amelio and dance partner Mark Ballas
- “Let’s Make a Deal” host Wayne Brady and dance partner Witney Carson
- Drag Queen Shangela and dance partner Gleb Savchenko.
These four couples battled it out for the Mirror Ball Trophy last night during the long-awaited finale — but there was only one winner.

In fourth place, it was Shangela and Gleb Savchenko.
Wayne Brady and dance partner Witney Carson came in third, leaving the bottom two to be Gabby Windey and dance partner Val Chmerkovskiy, and Charli D’Amelio and dance partner Mark Ballas, which should come as no surprise since the two have dominated the top of the leaderboard since first week.
In the end, Charli and Mark took home the Mirror Ball Trophy.
