Former Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin, once one of the world’s youngest heads of government, is quitting politics for a new show after the “hot girl” summer.
Marin, 37, has joined the non-profit organization headed by former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair as a “strategic adviser” in a career change on Thursday.
“Time to move on,” Marin said, according to Finnish outlet Yle. “I am looking forward to stepping into the new role. I also believe that it can benefit the whole of Finland. I believe that I can serve those voters (in Finland) well and maybe even better in the new assignment.”
Established in 2016, the Tony Blair Institute works with political leaders “to create real change for their people by advising on strategy, policy and delivery.”
Marin, hailed as a “pragmatic leader,” will advise political leaders on their reform programs.

“Our mission is to help political leaders around the world deliver change for their people – and Sanna Marin knows exactly how to do that,” Blair said in a statement. “Ms. Marin is bold and practical, understanding the role technology can play as a driver of a more efficient and people-centered nation, and will lend her experience to our mission in more countries around the world.”
The outlet reported Marin has not ruled out returning to politics in the future.
Marin, just 34 when he was named Finland’s prime minister, failed in his re-election bid against conservative successor Petteri Orpo and the National Coalition Party in April, finishing third in the race.

He later announced he would resign as head of the Social Democratic Party to “open a new chapter in my own life.”
Since leaving office, Marin has taken refuge in her “hot girl” summer, when she attended a celebration in the midst of her divorce from her husband, investor Markus Raikkonen, after three years of marriage.

She swapped her formal wear for some chic outfits when she attended the Flow Festival, a three-day music and art festival in Finland.
The former pol posted a series of photos from the Helsinki-based festival, where she wore a black leather skirt paired with a pink top and heels and an outfit consisting of a sheer black dress.
She also posed in a pink mini dress and thigh-high boots with Finnish MP Nasima Razmyar.

Marin gained attention when footage from a party at his official residence surfaced last August.
In the video, Marin is seen dancing and partying with the pop star while photos of the two topless influencers are kissing on social media.
“In my opinion, the picture is inappropriate,” Marin said at the time. “I’m sorry for that. Such pictures should not have been taken but otherwise, nothing unusual happened at the meeting.”

Finnish MPs demanded that Marines be drug tested following the incident.
He denied taking drugs and told reporters he insisted there was nothing “to hide or conceal” during an August press conference.
Marine tested negative for drugs and was cleared of wrongdoing in November.
